Newly remodeled space with queen bed, sofa bed, desk, chair, efficiency kitchen w/utensils, pots and pans, dishes, 2 burner stove, microwave, convection oven, toaster, fridge, & sink. Bathroom, too, is totally remodeled with new vanity, linen closet, walk-in shower, etc. Use of deck is permitted and has gas fire pit.

Great Little Place!

Ed and Rosie's Place is a lovely little place. It's tight with a family of 4 but it's location is perfect for us and we love the backyard. Though small, it has everything you could possibly need. Rosie is a very thoughtful host!

Weekend in Black Mountain

Ed and Rosie place is small but very nice. Rosie checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortabable and had everything we needed. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub but we definitely will next time. The only issue was getting our luggage into the house, I had to carry it most all the way because the Vrbo entry is in the back. If you stay here bring small bags. Otherwise we highly recommend.

A wonderful time!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay soooo much. The tiny house was perfect for us. You will not be disappointed with Rosie and Edds place. We are trying to plan another trip in the spring 😍

Great little spot!

We had a wonderful weekend in the Black Mountain area and this was a very clean and cute place to stay! We sat on the back deck every evening by the gas fire pit. So enjoyable! We'll definitely try to stay here again.
