My friend and I had a fabulous time! The cottage was adorable and perfect for our trip. We really enjoyed the spacious outdoor area. And the convenience store next door was a plus!
Slow Pace Cottage was very peaceful. We enjoyed the front porch swing. The fenced backyard was enjoyed by our dog. The back patio was a pleasant surprise. The interior was pleasantly decorated and most welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The Keurig coffee was a wonderful surprise. We would enjoy staying again.

Thank you for the lovely review! So glad you enjoyed slow pace! Would love to have you back anytime.
The house is charming, and the Christmas decorations made it feel even more welcoming. The outdoor area is the best - a great fenced yard with a wonderful pit area.
Belinda was excellent to work with and we really enjoyed our stay at Slow Pace Cottage. She has thought of everything to make this a wonderful home away from home!
Home was perfect for our needs. We loved the fire pit, porch, and walking to town. The linens, dishes, decor were all clean, comfortable, and fun vibe.
Slow Pace Cottage was great - such a charming place and had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed. Beautifully decorated and loved the artwork on walls and all the extras Belinda provided, hair dryer, toiletries, well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and very clean. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Will book again next time we’re in Black Mountain area.
We had a great time!!! VERY clean and met all of our expectations. Loved the front porch and back yard. We will definitely be back next year. Hope to visit in early summer and fall. Belinda is a great host and communication was excellent. She has put a lot of thought into making sure We had everything we needed. Thanks and look forward to our next visit.
Close to town, easy to locate, liked having a convenience store next door, lighting was good. Our dog loved the fenced-in back yard and there was a nice sitting area out back for the people as well.
Superb location, and the house had everything we needed. We could tell a lot of energy was put into amenities. Great backyard and walkable to downtown. Our host was super responsive with our one request. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Was nice to meet your family, thank you for the wonderful care you took of the house! Would love to have you back!
Thank you for sharing your pet friendly cottage. Excellent space and comfortable beds to sleep in. Appreciate the dog beds and bowls and nice touches /extra blankets were nice. Excellent proximity to town and it was excellent for our needs. Water temperature in shower was a bit tricky to regulate but understandable due to the age of the property. Washer and dryer worked great!
It's a very nice cottage like home. We had trouble with the wifi but I think that is more to do with us being in our 80's than anything else. Kitchen was clean and pots and pans were there for us to make our own meals. The backyard was excellent for our dogs, and the bed was big enough for all of us. We didn't use the second bedroom --- perhaps next time.

Needed a place to stay over Thanksgiving since my relatives didn't have enough room in their own house. Slow Pace cottage was perfect for us - comfortable, all the things we needed, dog-friendly. I would stay here again.
Good location easy access to downtown black mountain and to get on the 40 to go to other areas.A store next door to house.Nice size rooms in house.Nice backyard good size.
Cottage is in a fabulous location within walking distance to Black Mountain town. The location allowed easy access to the activities we wanted to do in and around the Black Mountain area. It had all the amenities we needed. I was working remotely and the owner even provided me with a desk! The owner was really responsive and flexible. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a work issue and family emergency and the owner was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.
