Charming Brant Point Rose Covered Cottage - with Smart TVs, Free WIFI and AC

This charming two story classic Nantucket rose covered cottage is located in Brant Point, just a 10 minute walk to the center of town, 3 beaches and ferries. There is no need for a car, though there is a private off-street driveway area in front of the house. This traditional Nantucket cottage has been completely refurbished with new furnishings and decorations, luxury European sheets, bedding, towels, dishes and glassware - and HVAC split system (thermostatic controls) replacing all window units and space heaters. The entire exterior was has been re-shingled with a new roof, rear deck and bluestone patio, and an outdoor shower, all while retaining the cottage's historic Nantucket charm. The flowers and hydrangeas are in full bloom from May to September, so enjoy a backyard barbecue with Weber gas grill, the teak backyard table and chairs and new adirondack chairs This two-bedroom, one bath, two story home comfortably sleeps 4. The bathroom is new May 2025 with new shower and new tile floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed - the second bedroom has two twin beds - all beds have new mattresses and boxsprings. The living room has a new 42" Smart flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with all appliances adjoins the dining area . Both bedrooms have 23" Smart flat screen TVs. Laundry room contains a large capacity washer/dryer. Secured Xfinity wireless internet and digital cable TV.

The location of this property couldn't be beat, and the property itself is absolutely beautiful. However, it is a very tight space, and the hot water was exhausted quickly for showers and hard to manage across four guests.

Brant Point is the perfect location!

We come to Nantucket every summer and love staying in Brant Point. Easy access to walk to town, jetties or children’s beach, which is ideal with our young children! We have 3 kids and all 3 slept upstairs in the loft, which they loved. The location was great, the house was super clean, and the communication with the owner was fast when needed!

Just what we needed

The cottage is so adorable and was perfect for our first stay on Nantucket. It is in a great location - close enough to walk to the beach/downtown but far enough from the hustle and bustle.
