The property is outfitted with a modern kitchen consisting of marble countertops, Viking and Miele appliances, gas stove, farm sink, cathedral ceiling in the main living area upstairs, and a lovely built-in window seat breakfast nook- the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and plan out your Nantucket adventures for the day!

There is a spacious queen bedroom downstairs with a private bath with a lovely hand-painted staircase leading to the upstairs open living room/kitchen area with a comfortable convertible couch and additional half bath. Perfect for a small family or two adult couples.

There is a private outdoor shower and charming deck and private hedge-lined yard. There is room to store bicycles, so you can rent bikes and ride them into town or to the beach! HalfShell is also equipped with lovely Serena and Lily linens, plush towels, and beach equipment (towels, chairs, and umbrella) to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The cottage is located on the same property as the 5 bedroom main house which is also available to rent simultaneously. Perfect for multi-generation families to enjoy Nantucket bliss together while maintaining private space.
