Elegance in Downtown Traverse City

Brand new condo located right in the heart of beautiful downtown Traverse City. Walk to multiple restaurants, theaters, bars, stores and beaches. The condo is perfect for business, family or leisure guests. Our condo is a second floor unit, and requires a small climb up one and half flights of stairs.

Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

The condo location is perfect to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed biking the TART trail system and driving the scenic drives in the area.Our accommodations were very clean, organized, great local information recommendation guidance and all the necessities to feel like home away from home. The condo has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, bars, and nightlife. The drives to Sleeping Bear and the peninsula are easy from that location as well. Very good check in instructions. It’s an excellent place to stay in Traverse City.

Good location close to downtown. The unit and furnishings are very basic. The parking is a hassle. The small lot fills up quick. There is a parking garage nearby by at an extra charge.

This VRBO is a little gem close to downtown with easy access to Hwys and towns. It is exactly as pictured on the website and is sparkling clean and neat. Plenty of kitchen supplies if you prefer to cook, with a washer and dryer for longer stays. The bathroom has a great shower, nice white towels with plenty of extras under the sink. Actually this whole unit was beautifully prepared for everything, including a first-aid kit. Bed was comfy with extra blankets if needed. Did not mind the 2nd floor walk-up; the unit was quiet at night, no sounds coming from above or below. Can't say enough nice things about our stay! Owner was up and current with any questions and help which was not needed. Can't wait to get back to Traverse City and hope to stay in this cozy unit again! (Will sure miss Happy Hour at the Parlor!!) :-)

My wife Dustine and I settled in the Traverse City area in 2005. Dustine is a native of Columbus, Ohio while I was raised in Sudbury, Ontario Canada. We have two boys, who love to enjoy all that this area provides. We are avid golfers, beach goers, skiers in the winter and are part of the Traverse City Curling Club! We never miss a chance to explore the dunes and all the other amazing spots we are surrounded by. We are excited to host guests at our growing rental business while we still operate our health care business in downtown Traverse City.
