PALAIS RENOIR is a large 2 bedroom apartment located in a modern and secure building located a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais with its own parking space.



You will stay in a large family apartment. The stay will offer you a large living room, ideal for enjoying moments with friends or family.

Wonderful position

The location is very good, close to the city center and the sea, also the apartment is on the 7th floor and so is quiet at night. The equipements are OK.

We enjoyed our stay. Found the entrance to the apartment difficult to open. Recommend getting a coffee plunger and netflixs and a larger TV. Collection and key drop off are at different locations; about wkm apart, suggest adding a drop of key box at the accomodation.

Good position

The position was great just off the Promenade and right by the tram stop. Great bakers, supermarkets and local restaurants nearby. The apartment is quite basic with a poorly equipped kitchen. The parking is a nightmare. Do not enter in anything bigger than a sub sub compact. You will struggle to get out. Having to walk 15 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys is a pain.

August heat with no air

It’s hard to stay objective when you are sweating buckets in your vacation clothing, but here’s our best: It’s on us to have missed that the VRBO search engine reset and excluded AC from must haves for our August visit. However, out of 2 small fans in the unit one was broken and the other one was super loud, so first night was sleepless and we bought new fans the next day and left them in the apartment. We also bought new pillows as the ones there were super hard. Location - on the edge of where you’d really want to be, but walkable to all the attractions. The free parking space would not fit anything bigger than a mini, but there is a tram stop nearby, so we commuted to a garage 2 stops away. Otherwise clean, basic apartment. The metal shades did not easily open, so we left them alone, which made it feel like a bunker. Bathroom/kitchen had all The necessities, though we opted not to cook there as not to add to the heat. Key pick up/drop off was through lock boxes nearby and we appreciated the round-the clock check in/out. There were no check out instructions besides time and place of key drop off and trash disposal, so we hope our departure was satisfactory.

Bonne situation

Très bonne situation comme indiqué dans l'annonce.Nous y avons passé 3 semaines en janvier.Proche mer,commerces et au pied de la station de tram CUM.Il faut compter environ 20mn à pieds pour rejoindre le centre ville .L'appartement était extrêmement propre à notre arrivée. Le logement est classé en catégorie "budget" donc il ne faut pas s'attendre à du grand luxe.Avons eu 2 petits soucis lors de notre séjour et l'agence a été extrêmement réactive.La literie commence a être fatiguée. L'appartement n'est pas climatisé ce qui peut peut-être être un problème l'été.

Die Wohnung ist renorvierungsbedürftig, groß und geräumig. Keine Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren funktionieren nicht mehr so richtig. Keine kleinen Messer zum schneiden, kochen ist daher schwierig. Der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz ist nur für XXS Autos befahrbar. Die Parksituation war kompliziert. Möglich ist einen Tiefgaragen Parkplatz im Nice Etoile zu mieten. Das sind zwei Stationen mit der S Bahn, die fährt unten vor der Tür. Der Concierge Service war schlecht zu erreichen. Am Sonntag, dem Anreise Tag, gar nicht zu erreichen. Von alleine ruft der Service nicht zurück. Bei einem Problem muss man mehrfach anrufen und um Hilfe bitten! Danach wurde sich nicht erkundigt, ob es zu einer Lösung gekommen ist.

Un appartement à deux pas de la plage

L'arrivée au logement a été compliqué ! Le stationnement dans la parking a nécessité plusieurs manoeuvres avec la voiture. Quelques désagréments ont été constatés dès l'entrée dans l'appartement mais la conciergerie a été efficace et réactive (prise de contact un dimanche après-midi). Durant le séjour, nous avons constaté : 1) Améliorations à réaliser pour faciliter le séjour : resserrage du robinet de la cuisine, plusieurs fissures apparentes dans toutes les pièces du logement (rafraîchissement nécessaire), 2) Nettoyages à réaliser : toiles d'araignée au plafond (manque de ménage minutieux), couverts de cuisine parfois sales sont nécessaires), odeurs désagréables dans les tuyauteries (salle de bain, WC et cuisine), moisissures sur la ventilation des wc Malgré les désagréments, le séjour a été agréable...

appartement correctement meublé et équipé. Salle de bain nécessiterait un rafraîchissement: armatures rouillées et brinquebalantes, VMC (bain et WC) et rampe luminaire recouvertes d'une épaisse poussière. Rideau de douche moisi. Literie insuffisante pour un mois d'octobre (juste deux draps), couettes dans les armoires sans housse ( pas hygiénique)

Quite good

Quite comfortable and clean. Great location. You can have a parking place, which is convenient when you are exploring La Cote d'Azur with a car. We'll be glad to stay there again.
