A lovely condo in a great location. PV Rentals were a pleasure to work with, too. We had rented it for 10 days, but due to the issues in Puerto Vallarta, our flight was cancelled and we had to wait 5 days for the next available flight. PV Rentals were very gracious and helpful during this time and we stayed an extra 5 days. We’ll definitely reserve this condo in the future.

nice building and unit

The Pavillion building is one of the nice, relatively new buildings in the heart of PV's shopping, restaurants and nightlife. This unit is comfortable and, being on the second floor, has the advantage of being easily accessible by the stairs, so you never have to wait for the elevator.

Beautiful New Place

The building is in a great location, walkable to all the popular bars and restaurants. The apartment it self is very clean and modern with all the accessories you need for the beach. The welcoming staff are very efficient and proactive in communications and assistance. Will definitely stay here again.
