Yes, this is a vacation, and the 'Island' awaits, Golfing, zip lining, scuba diving, swimming, fishing, hiking, para-sailing, miniature golfing, glass-bottom boat rides, dinner cruises, shopping, fine restaurants, and so much more.



NOTE: There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) due to the high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your understanding!

Beautiful rental, and we loved having the golf cart included. Owners responded quickly to our questions. Check in and out were quick and easy, Would definitely rent again!

The property was as advertised except for the patios, where the furniture was in poor condition. The 2 Patios are large and were appleaing in the listing, however the pictures on-line the pictures showed much better condition that was actually at the property. There were cigarette burns on the already stained cushions and the outdoor wicker frames were cracking and falling apart. We did not even want to sit on the furniture besacuse it looked so wasted. Inside the apartment everything was fine, and the golf cart that came with the condo was fabulous.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Casablanca! Our host Kim was very communicative and set great expectations and provided information for not only the rental but amenities around town. The rental itself was perfect for our family of 5. Tons of space, clean and easily accessible to the town of Avalon. The bonus was the free private golf cart that came with our rental! Our family enjoyed that a lot and made the trip even more memorable for our kids.

Great stay, great views, great all around!

Comfortable, clean, and accurate listing. Walkable from the ferry dock and most places in town. We named the golf cart “Rosita,” and had fun exploring the further points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and peaceful location

We had an amazing time here. It is nice that we were a little further from the beach so we could enjoy the peace and quiet on the patio away from the crowds of the beach, but still easily within walking distance from everything. Everything was very clean and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, spacious!

We really enjoyed sitting out on the upstairs balcony. Beautiful view! Loved the mattress in the king bedroom.

Great weekend getaway

This was a great location for our weekend getaway with our friends. Great communication from the very beginning. Check instructions were clear and easy. The place was clean and with a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Avalon

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Casablanca. The unit was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and roomy. Location is close to everything in town. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided lots of local information. The use of the golf cart is an added bonus.All in all we had a delightful stay, just be prepared to negotiate all the stairs.

Laid back Catalina

My family and l enjoyed our stay in Catalina. The golf cart was a plus for getting our bags to the condo. We had a change in plans and only stayed one night. I would recommend this property.

Excellent Communication and Views

My group rented both condos. It was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing, the golf carts were a bonus, but you can really walk anywhere on the island from the condo. Kim was an awesome communicator. Would definitely stay again!

A great stay in town

Property clean and great communications. Eric assisted with the correct golf key as the people before us put the wrong key in the lock box. Also it was a little hard to sleep through the night as there is no AC and we didn’t want to leave the sliding doors open through the night. But all in all a great stay that fit my family of 4 easily.

Catalina get away

The condo is a perfect size for two couples, great location, and the owners were available to address any of our concerns Unfortunately, the pool has been under construction for two years but it’s still listed as one of the amenities We would love to go back once the pool is working Overall a positive experience
