Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The granite countertop island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for 4, perfect for casual meals. Enjoy dining with ocean views at the dining table that seats 8.

We had an awesome stay! The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The direct beach access was incredible, and the pool was a huge bonus. The location was wonderful—we would definitely stay here again.

If you are visiting Folly Beach, you can’t lose with this property! The house is so very comfortable. The location and views can’t be beat. The host was exceptionally responsive and easy to talk to. We will definitely try and grab this property for our next Charleston trip.

The house was really worn; a non working sink in one of the baths and another sink missing it’s stopper, curtains and blinds off their hooks that would not open/close properly, warped deck boards that were very easy to trip on, a screen porch door that wouldn’t open all the way and was broken, kitchen bowls that were broken in the cupboard and a pool with a bad chemical smell that was fixed when the pool person came out. That being said the views were gorgeous and the beach access wonderful. The house set up itself is great, just poorly maintained unfortunately. CCV personnel were really sweet and good to work with.

Best vacation rental ever

I’ve stayed in many beach vacation rental homes and this was by far the cleanest and best. The home is beautiful and its access to the beach plus a pool were the best. The kids in the family especially loved the pool. The screened in porch was perfect for meals. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great family vacation

We stayed here with my parents, my brother and sister in law and my husband and five kids ages 2-14. We all LOVED it and would have easily stayed another week. The location is perfect the pool was awesome and we all had plenty of spaces in our rooms. We would definitely go back.

Wow!! Awesome home!!

This was the perfect home for several family to stay at while in town for a family wedding. Views are amazing and the House has enough space that we didn’t feel crowded at all. The owner is very friendly and responsive with requests! We had a great time at this beach house and hope to come back and stay again in the future.

Perfect!!!!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. Cindy and Alana were so helpful every step of the way. I would recommend it for any gathering, and I hope to be back for another visit sometime in the future!
