The ANDRIOLI is a two bedroom apartment with two bedrooms on the top floor, with a beautiful and large terrace.



This apartment has been designed to make your stay with friends or family pleasant and friendly.



The ANDRIOLI is a RARE apartment which enjoys many benefits such as its large terrace, its location, its calm, its equipment.



The apartment is located on the 6th and last floor (with elevator) of a well maintained building with caretaker, has a free wifi internet connection.



Located in the district of Flowers which is a shopping district, you will find all the necessary local shops.

You will be less than 5min walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, and only 15min from Place Massena and Old Nice where you can discover the local specialties.

If you want to move around Nice, go to the bus stop Gambetta / Bottero which is 1min from the apartment.



The ANDRIOLI is arranged as follows:



TERRACE / BALCONY:

The apartment has a large terrace very well equipped with a dining area for 4 people, and a lounge area for an aperitif with friends or family.

If you want to have your meal in the shade, you just have to open the electric awning.

On the other side you will have access to a balcony equipped with a table and two chairs allowing you to enjoy a breakfast in the sun.



LIVING ROOM :

The living room is air conditioned and is equipped with a corner sofa, a flat screen TV, and a dining area for 4 people.

The whole overlooks a sunny balcony.



KITCHEN:

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster ...

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large closet and air conditioning.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a cupboard and air conditioning.

Fantastic stay in Andrioli Terrasse

The apartment was perfect for a small family, it was close to shops, bakeries, transport and 3 minutes away from the beach. The terrace is large and beautiful. It was a long stay and we felt at home. Special mention to Ashley and Parker staff who were extremely professional, welcoming and helpful at all time. I highly recommend the agency.

CONFORTABLE APARTMENT

VERY GOOD LOCATION AND ALSO THE ROOMS ARE BIG AND CONFORTABLE. THE PRIVATE PARKING PROPOSED IS VERY USEFUL THIS FLAT IS OK FOR BUSINESS TRIPS OR FOR FAMILIES WHICH DONT LIKE TO STAY IN THH MIDDLE OF THE TURISTIC PLACES BUT THEY LIKE TO STAY IN THE CENTER AND NOT FAR FROM THE SEE AND FROM THE PARK.

Close to Everything

This flat is expansive for the money….and enjoy the huge terrace off the full size kitchen every morning. Unit is well appointed, everything was in working order. The neighborhood was safe, and we walked to the beach, tram, boulangeries and all the restaurants along rue de France. Lighting in corridor to elevator needs to be improved or the sensors adjusted to detect people in the hallway.

Fantastic family apartment

The apartment was located in a central location in Nice with everything from bakery, grocery, transportation and night life in walking distance. Super nicely decorated, very clean with fully functional kitchen. Gordiy from N&J was very responsive and helpful with all our requests. I just had a little issue with the cleanliness of the cutlery and a few pots and pans. Looks like the previous renter had used the washing machine on the wrong setting. But I would definitely go back.

Grand appartement avec un bon emplacement

Appartement très bien placé. Tout était à proximité (boulanger, boucher, supermarché, restaurants...), nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Puis quel plaisir de longer cette si belle Promenade des Anglais à pied pour rejoindre la vieille ville. Nous venons souvent à Nice, et reprendrons surement cet appartement.

Appartement conforme et agréable

Nous sommes resté dans l'appartement pendant 10 jours et avons apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est au dernier étage d'un immeuble bien entretenu. Nous étions au calme, et de plus les chambres donnaient sur une cour intérieur. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, baignoire, sèche cheveux, étendoir, télévision dans la chambre...) Nous avons en plus pu louer une place de parking juste à côté ce qui nous a évité de devoir laisser la voiture dans la rue. Le tarif était moins cher que le parking public, donc ca valait le coup. La terrasse était un plus non négligeable.

Nice apartment with lovely terrace at 300m from Promenade des Anglais

- location was great, close to best part of the Promenade des Anglais - quiet environment - airconditioning worked very well - easy to clean - lovely terrace - you should have mentioned that it was at sixieme etage
