The apartment is on the first floor above the bars and restaurants in the center of Otranto, overlooks the public gardens and the sea front.
110 square meters with a double bedroom with sea view, another room with three beds. fully equipped kitchen with new utensils, large living room with a table that can be opened and become a bed. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, a hair dryer. The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the center of Otranto, the gardens and from the entrance the apartment has a terrace that sees the bell tower of the Cathedral of Otranto.
It is possible to have a garage near the apartment.
Here you will wake up smiling, and you will smell the scent and sound of the sea.
You will forget the stress and problems that come over you and your car will no longer be needed.
You will go down in a bathing suit to go to the beach and you will have dinner in the adjacent restaurants.

Lovely Otranto apartment

This is a large apartment very close to the historic center, restaurants, shops, the lungomare, etc. The only drawback is that the front bedroom is right above the busy promenade, so it can be a bit loud. All in all, a great place to stay.

Top-Lage in einfacher FeWo

Hervorragende Lage im Zentrum Otrantos, nur 60 m vom Eingang zur historischen Altstadt und 80 m vom Strand. Absolute Innenstadtlage, d.h. alle 10 m Ristorante, Pizzeria, Bar, Einkaufen fußläufig. 10 von 10 Punkten für die Lage. PKW konnte Dank einer Park-Vignette in der Nähe der FeWo geparkt werden - sofern Platz war. Die Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für einen Defekt an einem Rollo wurde sofort ein Monteur organisiert, der das in Ordnung brachte. 10 von 10 Punkte für Freundlichkeit und Service. Nicht ungewöhnlich für Italien war die FeWo enorm hellhörig, d.h. sämtliche Gesprächs-, Bad- und Küchengeräusche aus der Nachbarschaft kamen fast "ungefiltert" durch - gehört aber zur italienischen Lebensart. Leider war die FeWo nur mäßig ausgestattet. Daß weder Bettwäsche, noch Handtücher vorhanden sind, haben wir durch Zufall erfahren. Für 15 EUR p.Person haben wir dann jedoch vor Ort einen (viel zu knappen) Satz Wäsche erhalten. Auch die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgerüstet: für 4 Personen muss improvisiert oder zugekauft werden. Auch die Funktionsfähigkeiten der teilweise stark abgenutzten Gerätschaften, einschließl. Waschbecken, Toiletten und Dusche war nur zum Teil gegeben. Hierfür nur 4 von 10. Unterm Strich würden wir nochmals hin - jetzt aber mit entsprechender Ausrüstung (mit dem Flugzeug nicht ganz einfach)... Hat trotzdem Spaß gemacht und war erholsam. Familie K.-T. aus Berlin
