Great place to stay

Great place to stay, lovely house, garden annd pool were perfect, swinging in the hammock in the shade of the trees is a lasting memory. T he village has enough local amenities, bar, restaurants and very sweet local shop.

Lovely Property in a Lovely Location

We had a full house of adults and children, yet the property is big enough to not feel crowded. The house faces south and the pool and garden, which are not overlooked, are in sunshine all of the day. The covered area at the end of the pool allows you to sit/eat in the shade. There’s plenty of parking. Ideally situated 5 minute’s walk from bakers, restaurants and food shops. Yet very peaceful. Lots to see and do in the area.

A gorgeous old house with en suite rooms for most people, a fantastic kitchen and wonderful living area outside with the pool and the Poolhouse. We were welcomed by the manager who gave us a tour of the house which is spacious and light. All rooms are beautifully furnished and the beds are great. The downstairs master bedroom has a modern, spacious shower and access to outside. The pool is big enough and the poolarea is well taken care of. The centre of town is at a walking distance from the house. We had a great time at this home in the lovely town of Suze-la-rousse.

A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueilli et la façade de la maison correspondait aux photos. AprĂšs avoir fait le tour du jardin et pris possession des lieux ce fut une grosse dĂ©ception. Cuisine: vaisselle pas nette, robinet mal fixĂ© Chambres du rez de chaussĂ©e : literie des petits lits trĂšs inconfortable, dans la suite parentale 2 parpaings pour soutenir le sommier, couette tachĂ©e, dans les wc papier toilette avec taches plus que douteuses. Chambres Ă  l’étage: Chambre avec grand lit qui donne sur la terrasse, pas de penderie pour les vĂȘtements, pas de couette. Chambre double qui donne sur la terrasse, couette (ou Ă©dredon) avec odeur. Chambre double sans terrasse, pas de capuchon de bonde de fond dans le lavabo, flexible de la baignoire trop court, obligation d’ouvrir le robinet du lavabo en grand sinon l’eau coule sur le meuble. Toilettes communes au rez de chaussĂ©e avec Ă©vacuation dĂ©fectueuse au quatriĂšme jour de notre sĂ©jour, intervention du plombier 2 jours aprĂšs. ExtĂ©rieur: Pool housse sale avec impossibilitĂ© d’utiliser les placards (toiles d’araignĂ©es, poussiĂšre et objets hĂ©tĂ©roclites) la table a Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Pas d’éclairage piscine ni d’éclairage extĂ©rieur (commande dĂ©fectueuse) DĂ©pĂŽt de chaises cassĂ©es dans le jardin. C’est la troisiĂšme location que nous faisons avec Abritel et cette fois nous sommes vraiment déçus.

Wir haben uns in diesem großzĂŒgigen und perfekt ausgestatteten Anwesen sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es gab ausreichend Platz fĂŒr unsere große Familie und auf dem GrundstĂŒck mehrere lauschigen Ecken, wohin man sich auch mal zurĂŒckziehen konnte. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen auch wenn man, so wie wir mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Location.

Nous étions un groupe d'amis et avons apprécié cette jolie maison dans un village sympa, pain frais tous les matins et du bon ! Chaque couple avait sa salle de bain et ses toilettes dans sa chambre , ce qui est confortable . Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle et de certains endroits de la maison . Bien vérifier aprÚs le passage des vacanciers précédents surtout en cette période de Covid . Mais nous avons été ravis de notre séjour , merci

Belle propriété mais déception par rapport à la literie

Maison de caractÚre avec de grands espaces à vivre. Cependant, nous avons noté que la literie laissait à désirer (sommier grinçant instable sur des cales en bois, et deux sommiers en panneau d'isorel). Par ailleurs l'espace extérieur présente des dangers pour les jeunes enfants (abords de piscine non terminés et matériel entreposé dans le jardin).

Fabulous house in beautiful area

A lovely house, well equipped for a group or family. Lots of room, separate bathrooms and a fabulous pool and pool house. The house was clean, the owner easy to contact and quick to answer queries. Near to village with general store, restaurant, high quality butchers and bakers, pizza take away all within walking distance, A visit to the chateaux is a must, very interesting information on the wine production and also the village hosts an excellent wine cave, with lovely local wines. Near to Bollene exit on autoroute. Good for flights to Marseille or Montpelier. Highly recommended.

Maison trÚs agréable à vivre, avec un bel espace de vie et des chambres parfaitement équipées. Le jardin est idéal, et nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Les petits détails ont été réglés sans délai et la maison est bien entretenue. De belles balades et visites à proximité. Nous recommandons cette location !

Nous relevons au passage la propretĂ© du logement. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine , son eau limpide et sa bonne taille. L'endroit est trĂšs calme sans ĂȘtre isolĂ©; Il y a de belles balades Ă  proximitĂ© et les commerces sont tout proches et aisĂ©ment accessibles Ă  pieds. Nous profitons de remercier chaleureusement les propriĂ©taires d'avoir acceptĂ© nos chiens . Nous recommandons vivement cet havre de paix et espĂ©rons y revenir l'annĂ©e prochaine.

Magnifique maison de vacances !

TrÚs grande et magnifique maison pour les vacances, avec une chouette déco. Propreté parfaite. Cuisine super équipée et tout est dispo : ustensiles, casseroles, ... Belles et grandes chambres confort, avec salles de bain privatives ! chouette jardin et la piscine est top: avoir le pool house a cÎté permet de surveiller les enfants, lire ou se détendre entre 2 baignades! La maison est entiÚrement clÎturée (trÚs bien pour les enfants) et à l'abri des regards, sans vis à vis. et il y a une trÚs bonne boulangerie a quelques minutes à pieds ;). On y retournera volontiers. A recommander.
