Wonderful hosts! Property exactly as listed in pictures. They made our arrival with special touches that we appreciated. Will stay again and would highly recommend if traveling to the Asheville area 🙂
This was an amazing place to stay for my wife & I, as we celebrated our 10th anniversary. Every day was an awesome adventure! We found our stay was all about simplicity, and no schedule! We would most definitely stay here again! Also, our host did all the small things that matter to make you feel at home!

Thank you so much! It was a pleasure to host you both on this special occasion! We welcome you back anytime!
The hosts were very attentive and left small personal touches that meant a lot. The location is perfect…very easy to get around to different parts of asheville with just a short drive…but yet the property has a very country secluded feel! The place is cozy and decorated so cute. The hot tub is brand new and one of the highlights of the place!! We highly recommend!
Not only was the place clean, updated and spacious, but the owners provided lots of recommendations, even going so far as to help figure out which restaurants and breweries were open (due to COVID) for the birthday we were in town to celebrate. PLUS the location is seriously perfect - an easy drive (not high on a mountain through tough terrain), and allowed easy access to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway for beautiful hiking and overlooks. And even though it wasn’t in the mountains, we still had a great view from the picture window and while enjoying the hot tub. I wish I could give it 6 stars; we’ll be back!

Thank you so much for being great guests! You are welcome back anytime!
My husband and I had the privilege of staying in Michael and Kerri's apartment during our 10 day trip to Asheville. We were impressed by the kindness and attention to detail that Michael and Kerri showed, what fantastic hosts! The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Our hosts left so many little extras that made us feel welcome. They were also great at communicating and checking in to see if we needed anything. Another thing we enjoyed was the location, being close to all that Asheville has to offer. We would definitely stay again should we ever be in the area and recommend Michael and Kerri's wonderful apartment should you be in the Asheville area.

Thanks so much Jennifer! We are so glad you enjoyed it and we hope to host you again!
My husband said "Be sure to give this a good review!" So here it is. The property is just as fresh and clean as depicted by the photos. It says dog friendly and it really is. The open lot was great for exercising the dog, in both meanings of that phrase. The hosts are super safety conscious including cleanliness. It was immaculate. Kerrie's communication was superb and prompt. The amenities were more than we expected or needed. It felt like a fancy hotel with chocolates on the bedstand. Although this property is above the host's garage, it is very private. The location made it an easy 15 minutes to Biltmore. Groceries are just down the street. Close to restaurants. Very convenient. If we visit Asheville again, we know where we will stay.
The apartment was larger than it looked online (which was great!), and everything was as described. The hosts provided lots of extra touches to welcome you, and everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week long stay. The deck was beautiful, but our weather was a bit too rainy to enjoy it as much as we wanted to.
The location was great - such easy access to the Blue Ridge parkway as well as a very short drive to downtown. Whistle Hop Brewery was right down the road as well.
One thing to note for parents of small children (like 2 and under who aren't good at steps yet) - We had brought a gate for the top of steps on the deck, but we didn't realize (our fault for not asking) that there were 3 more steps to the sliders and another step down to the chairs/hot tub. When my son was on the deck, it was a little stressful as we had to keep chasing him and helping him not to fall. It wasn't a huge deal since it mostly rained, but I thought this info might help other parents.

Thanks Heather! We enjoyed hosting you! Yes there are steps. We try to list the steps and put pictures of the steps so that parents will know. Hopefully when you come back to Asheville it will be prettier weather! We would love to host you again!
This property was perfect for us. Very clean and a short ride to Asheville’s attractions. Very comfortable place to stay. The hosts, Michael and Kerrie, were very accommodating and helpful.
Our week in Ashville was extra special because of this special place! Everything was just as nice as the pictures promised it would be and the extra touches that greeted us when we arrived made us feel very welcome and at home. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking too! :)
Absolutely loved the place and the experience. The host were great and provided small touches that I loved. I would recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
My husband, dog and I spent 2 lovely nights at this property. The location is excellent, very close to downtown, and easy on and off of various highways including the Blue Ridge Parkway. The apartment is immaculate and decently stocked. The setting and views are the gem of this place! The deck and the main window in the unit have beautiful scenery to enjoy! This is definitely a place we will stay again!
The perfect place to enjoy a scenic and quiet stay while visiting Asheville and surrounding. Super quick and easy to get in and out of town for good food, music and activities. Its a perfect place to come back to with all the touches of home factored into this property. Vey Dog Friendly as well!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The owners were very thoughtful in the amenities they provided and was great to relax in the hot tub after a long day exploring Asheville :). We will definitely return!
My husband and I brought our 2 puppies with us and we had the best time! It was a perfect location and a perfect apartment for the 4 of us. I loved all the little touches Kerrie and Michael added to make it feel like home!
Our stay at Kerrie and Michaels was fantastic and checked all the boxes. Location was perfect, the apartment was pristine and we enjoyed all the extra amenities. Hope to come for another visit soon.

Had a great experience at this apartment! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lot of details that made us feel like we were home away from home. Deck and hot tub were a great way to relax and downtown Asheville was a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride. Highly recommend!
Absolutely great stay!! Hosts are super nice and communicate great. Apartment was spotless, clean. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend and will be back!
First extended weekend stay in Asheville and Christmas visit to Biltmore Estate. This was the perfect location and apartment for a home base for exploration of the area. Easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway and very short drive to Biltmore House, downtown, numerous breweries and restaurants. Owners go overboard in providing a first class experience for their guests with local guidance, easy check in and numerous personal touches. They earned their 5 star rating. Our first stay there, and we hope to return in the future.
Great place to stay near the Biltmore estate so many things to do from hiking to shopping restaurants breweries something for everyone ! Highly recommend !!!!
Michael and Kerrie were wonderful hosts during our stay. We were actually on our honeymoon, spending part of our trip at their rental which was beyond perfect for the two of us. Not only did they welcome us with little goodies, but also provided endless recommendations on places to eat, visit, etc which was so helpful as we’ve never been to Asheville before. We also enjoyed not having to provide our own linens (especially during the pandemic) as we intended to travel light. We had full trust that all the linens and towels were properly cleaned before and after our stay. I will recommend this rental to any friends and family that travel this way. Thank you Michael and Kerrie!
