Nestled in the charming town of Weaverville, just a short 16-minute drive from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and 17 minutes from the Harrah's Cherokee Center - Asheville, this cozy 1-bedroom cottage offers the perfect escape for your next vacation. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway, just a 20 minute drive away.

On your arrival, there is one flight of steps to the cottage itself and 4 more stairs to the inside of the cottage. Once inside, it’s all on one level. Disregard the ladder to a small loft. That is only storage and not part of guest quarters.

The spacious one bedroom includes a queen bed with Saatva premium mattress and organic cotton linens, dresser and twin bed on opposite side of room for a third guest/child.

As a traveler, you'll delight in the cottage's array of amenities, including free WiFi, a cozy electric fireplace, smart TV with roku & all APs. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential tools and appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, surrounded by the cottage's charming decor. Or sit at the bar. Charcoal grill available.

When it's time to unwind, relax on the porch in the antique porch swing, gather around the outdoor private fire pit, or explore the outdoor area of the Zen Casita with hanging rope swings. There are several walking trails on an expansive 27 acres. There is DVD player and video library as well and, of course, use all your APs for entertainment.

You’ll find all the essential bathroom amenities, iron and board, and heat and air. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay.

We loved our stay! The cottage is spacious, comfortable, well adorned, and in an excellent location. Close to town, supplies, and local restaurants. Asheville and access to the Blue Ridge Parkway are within minutes. I really appreciated the upscale appliances and cookware. Everything you need! Thank you for the hospitality.

The cozy cottage was beautifully decorated and super clean . It had everything you needed except your food choices . The coffee was great ! They gave us a bottle of wine for our Anniversary, that was so thoughtful. We enjoyed the casita and the trails as well . Everything was perfect but the bed was not as comfortable as expected . I found it tilted a bit with two of us. A more spacious bed would have been great . Absolutely charming and secluded did it for us .

This was listed as "cozy cottage" and it is , very private, quiet, trails to walk on fire pits, it was really nice. The hosts were very nice, helpful and attentive. We felt welcome and couldn't ask for more. We had a pet and the cottage is even set up with dog bowl, and placemat, to welcome them. It was great and we would/will go back again when we are in the area.

Our stay at the "Cozy Cottage" was extremely comfortable. The interior of the Cottage was exactly as stated in the listing...it was the perfect size for us ; 2 adults and our 2 mini dachshunds! It is a very desirable property - its proximity to main street Weaverville, Mars Hill, and Asheville was perfect for us. The Cottage is lovely...clean, organized and relaxing! Janie our host, was communicative and easy to make contact with when necessary.She leaves not much to chance; all bases are covered before and during your stay.You will not regret your stay! my only surprise was the steps leading from the parking to the side porch entry way ... I did not realize this when I viewed the listing... so that is on me... It is no big deal, they are easy to navigate with the slate stepping stones.

We absolutely loved this cottage! It was clean and cozy. The walking trails and front porch swing were a huge plus! We were close to everything with a short drive, but felt secluded on the property. 2 nights is not enough here. Will definitely stay again!

The host was super kind and helpful! It does have quite a few stairs to enter so I wouldn’t recommend to those with mobility issues, but it was otherwise very wonderful! The bed was very comfortable, the TV has streaming services, the view of the woods is so pretty! The bathroom is very nice, and the water pressure is good. It is closer to the nearby property than we expected, but it was not an issue at all! Other than the one other house, it was secluded, which is what we were looking for! Not too far from shopping and downtown, and a very beautiful drive to get to gas or groceries. Would recommend!

Yes, we had 2 small dogs. Plenty of room to walk them on the trails. Remember to be a good dog owner, pick up after your dog so we can continue to take our dogs.
