Super accueil, hote très gentil, parking apprécié, ascenseur pratique, vue sur la mer et accès direct à la plage superbe. Pas de climatisation alors pour les gens sensibles à la chaleur cela peut-être difficile

Très jolie vue mer dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. On peut faire à pied pour rejoindre le centre et les commerces. Avec la canicule il nous a manqué un ventilateur et la table pour manger était un peu petite. Bon séjour.

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans cet appartement et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon, où il était très agréable de prendre les repas et de profiter de la vue.Lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec le réfrigérateur, les propriétaires ont réagi immédiatement et ont tout fait pour trouver une solution. L’emplacement est parfait : tout est accessible à pied (la plage, les commerces, les restaurants…), ce qui est vraiment très pratique.Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et sympathiques tout au long de notre séjour.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore !

Nous avons passé un très bon we prolongé! La vue de l’appartement est incroyable et le must : vous garez la voiture sur la place réservée et vous ne la bougez plus car tout se fait à pied avec la proximité des commerces! Superbe emplacement et propriétaires très sympathiques!

Belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la Méditerranée- appartement bien situé proche de toutes les commodités - parking un peu étroit pour une grande voiture - seul bémol le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas très bien - la pastille reste bloquée.

Super séjour

Appartement idéalement situé, 50 m de la plage avec un accès direct depuis la résidence et à 10 minutes à pied du centre. Pas besoin de reprendre la voiture.La vue sur la mer est magnifique.La résidence est calme.L’hôte est très réactif et très arrangeant concernant l’heure d’arrivée et de départ.On reviendra.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Die Aufbettung im Wohnzimmer ist nur 140cm und somit nicht unbedingt für 2 Erwachsene geeignet.

Prestations pas au niveau espéré , propreté passable

Gros bug sur la propreté ( cheveux dans douche , plaque de cuisson, chaises "de jardin", inconfortables, rouillées , stockées sur terrasse , donc à nettoyer , car pas d'autres chaises. Rasoir usagé dans meuble de SDB. Volet roulant qui descend en 5 mn . Accessoirement , vue mer .... sur 60 °. Rapport qualité /prix très mauvais : pour trois nuits en janvier ..... Pas de geste commercial proposé ( pas demandé )

F1mal entretenu ,cher, dans résidence bruyante

Ce F1 dispose d' un séjour /cuisine avec petit clic - clac de120 cm, un chambre avec un gd lit et, côté oreillers, une porte coulissante vers le wc /sdb....pas pratique pour ceux qui dorment dans le clic clac du séjour... Propreté des verres a revoir, épluche - légume rouillé, ouvre bouteille rouillé, chaises (en metal ) rouillées ,porte fenêtre entre séjour et balcon vriĺlée, fils électriques alimentant la box ďénudés ! Liaison tel hs dans l 'appartement... Nb la residence est situér a 500 m du canal et non pas 200 m et la plupart des commerces sont situés rive gauche à 800 m environ. La résidence est très mal insonorisée, le quartier(rive droite) peu rassurant le soir..

Tres Agreable

Easy walk along seafront to restaurants, bars and lovely shops from apartment building back gate. Sheltered balcony overlooks beach. Very good covered secure parking behind apartment building. Be nice for them to provide bedding sheets, towels and a kettle.
