Separate dining room seats six, open kitchen and living space with breakfast bar, stone fireplace and gas log set, granite counters, stainless appliances, in-suite laundry. Spa bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and rain head. Large master with king foam-top mattress, ceiling fans, walk-in closet. Adjoining den/office with sliding doors and a queen Murphy bed when wanted as a second bedroom. Private patio for grilling and dining off kitchen. Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. No loud noise or parties are permitted.
