Casa Sare - Unique beach front Hermosa beach

CASA SARE Inspired by the beauty found in Puntarenas artistically paired with an eclectic modern aesthetic, Casa Sare is nestled at the junction of the jungle and the beach. The spaces reflect the surrounding natural environments. Each room focuses on a unique natural environment such as, the beach, the jungle the ocean, and a garden. This house lives as an modern indoor / outdoor paradise that has been carefully curated to transport and inspire guest to be present and fully alive. Foyer: After entering through the hand-carved teak door, a ceremonial welcome table and original contemporary art set the tone for the house. This space features original art from local artist including a reclaimed surfboard bejeweled in local shells, hand beaded reclaimed skateboard decks, and an original mixed media Johanna Van Parijs composition of a horse.

Great Room: The beach comes to life in this space. Similar to the beach, It is the communal gathering place of the home. The furnishings have been carefully selected to be in neutral sandy shades. 360 degree views makes this glass space a jewel on the beach. A grand chandelier made of cocoa beads stands as the centerpiece of the room. A cozy seating area opens up seamlessly to the outdoor pool and adjacent outdoor spaces. The art and furnishings highlight the beautiful surroundings.

Jungle Room: This room was inspired by the mystery and sense of adventure found in the jungle. A striking Cole And Son wallpaper in muted greens, coppers and gold feels like abstracted foliage. Side tables are made of green natural stone and feel like they may have been taken from a waterfall. A chunky braided natural fiber rug evokes indigenous textiles. Two single beds can be joined to form multiple sleeping arrangements.

Ocean Room: You’ll feel like you’ve gone on a coral reef dive in this space. Loaded with color, this room features a kaleidoscope wallpaper in aqua and green. A large star-burst chandelier is the centerpiece of the room evoking the bright sun gleaming on the water. Accents In blue and white complete the look.

Garden Room: This space is a garden oasis. It blurs the lines between interior and exterior with three out of the four walls being glass. Deep purples, pinks, and greens explode from the hand printed wallpaper depicting an abstracted garden scene. Sconces with motifs of flowers and are encrusted in pearls, crystal and gold. A large hand carved bed with a floral motif anchors the room.
