Apartment 2 rooms in Villa in a quiet and residential area 2 km from the beach and 1.6 km from the village and the river Loup and many walks.

Tourist tax, 3 stars: 2.14€ per night and per adult
Security deposit 500€ by bank pre-authorization except with Airbnb.
You will be asked to sign a contract at the time of booking.

Cleaning included. Linen in option 60€ per stay and for all tenants.

Wonderful stay for two

A small but beautiful flat in an even more beautiful area. Everything can be accessible very quickly by car, but also with a little time, everything can be reached with a walk. The contact with Emmanuelle was uncomplicated and easy. We had a wonderful holiday on the Cote d'Azur and if we were in the area again, we would choose this accommodation again.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Quand vous notez appartement petit je suppose que vous faites référence à la hauteur de la mezzanine (180 cm sur une grande partie de la chambre qui fait presque 20m²) car la surface totale de l'appartement est de 50m² donc c'est un grand 2 pièces et il y a 100 m² de jardin

Geräumige Ferienwohnung, mit schönem Garten, ruhige Gegend, ideal um die weitere Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sympa mais des piqûres

Le logement est agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Par contre nous avons eu droits à beaucoup de piqûres, aussi bien dans le jardin qu'à l'intérieur, malgré les produits type RAID. Et dommage que les stores ne soient pas opérationnels, ça pourrait couper la chaleur.

bonjour, Nous avons rajouté après votre séjour une toile tendue sur l'espace devant la maison pour faire un ombrage. Après votre séjour nous avons traité la maison pour eviter de prendre des risques les locataires suivants n'ont eu aucun problème. Merci de nous avoir informer cela nous a surement permis d'éviter le pire.

Prima geschikt voor 2 a 4 personen. Op 5 minuten van strand en supermarkt (met de wagen) 15 minuten wandelen van dorpskern. Prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen.

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto, arredato con cura e luminoso. Cucina ben equipaggiata e molto comoda la lavastoviglie. Giardino ben tenuto, il barbecue e due tavoli permettono di cenare tranquillamente all'aria aperta... Emmanuelle è un host perfetta, disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta, ricca di consigli e suggerimenti per passare un buon soggiorno ma mai invadente. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Appartement calme et très ensoleillé

On a passé un agráble séjour. L'appartement est joli, plein de petit détails décoratifs. Il donne au sud et à l'ouest donc du soleil du matin au soir. On trouve toutes les commodités nécessaires, la cuisine est bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Le quartier est agréable; calme et près du vieux village.

Séjour agréable, calme le duplex est comme sur les photos. Aucun mensonge mon mari, et moi et notre bébé. Cela nous a plu plage tout commerces à proximité. Cannes, Monaco, Antibes pas loin. Appartement dans villa très agréable,de plein pieds,vous garez votre voiture et vous en profitez de suite... Rien ne manque,une cuisine extérieure complète,une piscine à disposition,une très belle exposition,un calme parfait,la chambre en mezzanine est climatisée pour vos nuits douces et reposantes... Reste la situation géographique idéale,proche du nouveau centre polygone,à 900 mètres des premières plages. A recommander .
