During uncertain Pandemic times Relax and spend time in our spacious, luxurious but cozy mountain home away from crowds. It offers all amenities after a day on the slopes or after hiking, biking, boating, swimming, golfing - the choices for outdoor recreation extend through all seasons! And if Home office and Distance learning
is the New Normal this is the perfect location - room for everybody, excellent internet connection and plenty of outdoor opportunities after work!
The house features a beautiful gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops, double oven, microwave and a cooking island with gas fired stove.
Our large living & dining room has a beautiful barn-style dining table to seat 10, a comfortable leather sofa seating area, oversize TV and surround sound as well as a wood burning fireplace. The panoramic windows face south and offer a view of Squaw Valley in the distance.

The house has 3 bedrooms which sleep 8 comfortably:
Master Bedroom with King Size bed and Master Bathroom Ensuite
Bedroom with Trundle Bed and Single Bed - sleeps 3
Bedroom with Queen Size Bed and Single for small Child
Games Room with Pull out couch (for hardy teenagers!) also with pinball machine, foosball table, juke box, Darts and many
games;
The games room has a pull out couch with a queen size mattress.
We have an office with overflow space for guests who don't mind sleeping on an air mattress
Each bedroom has an adjasoned bathroom with shower. One bathroom has a shower & bathtub, the master bathroom has a shower and separate
jacuzzi tub.

The house has a large sunny deck in the front with a seating area and porch swing and an even larger secluded deck in the back with hot tub, gas grill and a large entertainment area. Our latest addition is a a Fire pit area below the back deck for Campfire and S'mores evenings in the summer
Downstairs behind the spacious double garage a Dry Sauna is set up for cold winter evenings. It seats 3-4 comfortably.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway - it easily fits four cars.

The house is located just outside the town of Truckee in the Tahoe Donner Association - a resort with about 6,000 homes in a large area.
From Highway 80 Tahoe Donner is a short 3 mile drive away which makes it easy to access even if weather conditions are not favorable.
