This second floor, two-story Snowbrook end unit is quiet and convenient, offering direct access to the base of the Snubber lift and Snowbrook trail. Sugarloaf Outdoor Center trails and local streams are within easy walking distance.
The condo has three bedrooms, with queen beds in the master and guest rooms on the main floor and two sets of bunk beds upstairs. Two full bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen make this a great choice for a family or small group. Comfortable living area with wood fireplace is perfect for cozy game nights and family fun.
Snowbrook Village has a private pool for owners and renters, with winter access to multiple hot tubs and sauna. Ice skating on the pond or sledding on the hill are fun apres ski activities. Shuttle stop in the winter is 150’ away and goes to/from the base lodge in under 10 minutes.
