Paradise!

This really is a gem. Nestled in the hills, and quiet as can be, I can’t recommend this place enough. The views are amazing, the back decks are full of plants and fruits and then to enjoy the view in the hot tub, I could go on and on. PJ was great, gave an early check in even though we didn’t ask. He was very responsive from the booking to onsite(couldn’t find a light switch but he answered quickly and we had light!) close to everything great LA has to offer. Our dogs even had a great time! We will be back for sure!

Paradise!

PJ- Thank you for being such an amazing host. From the moment I walked into the house, I felt at home. The listing is exactly as it was described and so much more. It's hard to capture with pictures the true beauty, comfort and serenity of this property. I enjoyed every minute, even staying up hours late than I usually do, just to enjoy it more. I hope to be in LA again soon and will definitely be staying here.

Perfect couples bungalow in the hills!!!

This place was perfect!!! Quiet, very private, just beautiful location & grounds! Check in was super easy, great communication with PJ, the property manager. The only thing that needs improvement would be the satellite reception wasn’t always the best, but hey we really didn’t mind because we were either out on the town or on one of the decks, which were breathtaking!!! If I find myself in LA again I wouldn’t think twice about staying here!!!

You will be staying only one mile from all the best restaurants, nightlife etc - yet in minutes you are home to the peaceful country side like area surrounded by natural beauty and tropical gardens. This home is completely private with NO SHARED areas including the SPA Area.

What makes this property unique

Above the Los Angeles smog belt - fresh air and natural beauty. This home has a small orchard which you are welcome to fresh fruit in season. The famous Runyon Canyon Park with its views all the way to the ocean is a few minutes walk from the front door for hiking, walking your dog, jogging or just star gazing.
