Discover your new holiday home.
Located south of the Ardeche, this is a villa which covers an area of ​​2900m2.

This new house of 190m2 is located in the heart of the Provencal pine forest in the town of Balazuc (village ranked one of the most beautiful villages in France) a few meters from the river.

Close to major attractions and 18km from Vallon Pont d'Arc.

We imagined the Bergigou cottage to live together vacation time with family or friends, without getting stepped on "living together in complete independence."

Detached house facing south for up to 8 people (including children)
4 rooms, American kitchen, terraces, living room, 3 rooms of water with showers with the Italian, separated toilet, buanderie, air-conditioning and swimming pool.

Equipment:
Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, induction cooker, coffee maker, barbecue, garden furniture, sun beds, vacuum cleaner.
Bed linen is included in the rental price
End of stay cleaning optional but recommended.

Super schöne Woche in Blazuc

Das Haus von Isabelle und Dimitri hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen wir haben dort eine tolle Ferienwoche verbracht. Wir hatten eine sehr heiße Woche erwischt und der Pool war unbezahlbar. Die 4 Doppelzimmer eignen sich gut für einen Aufenthalt mit 8 Erwachsenen. Vom Haus und Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönem Ausblick. Balzuc ist auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar (ca. 1,6km). Dort findet man einige Restaurants und einen schönen Strand bei der Brücke. Die Begrüßung durch Isabelle und Dimitri war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir (2 Ehepaare) hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus von Isabelle und Dimitri!Die Lage des Hauses mit dem herrlichen Weitblick ist wirklich schön! Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung des Hauses ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Check-Inn und Check-out war trotz Sprachbarriere problemlos.

Traumhaus mit Traumaussicht

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in einem Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat absolut an nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison très agréable ! La clim, un bonheur, la piscine très chaude ! La vue est géniale. Dimitri et Isabelle ont été très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour les visites. A seulement 900m, un vigneron passionné à rencontrer ! Le service de prise en charge à la maison pour aller faire du canoë, encore un bon conseil de Dimitri ;) Je recommande !

Super séjour à Balazuc !! Logement conforme à la description et aux photos, spacieux, très bien équipé (ping-pong, pétanque, petit babyfoot, barbecue), vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. Les hôtes sont chaleureux, ils nous ont conseillé de bonnes activités, je recommande a 100% !!

Fantastisches Haus mit tollem Blick

Die supergroße Terrasse mit der beeindruckenden Fernsicht und der ca. 10 m lange Pool haben uns zwei Wochen lang mehr als begeistert. Selbst im Oktober fühlten wir uns wie im Sommer. Es fehlte an nichts. Die netten Vermieter tun alles dafür, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Wir kommen wieder!
