Ocean front condo on Amelia Island! Amelia South L5. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths! Enjoy the sunrise from your 5th floor balcony. Large beach front pool with private beach access. RENOVATED; new fully equipped kitchen, new beds and mattresses, new toilets, new big-screen smart TV! WiFi and YouTubeTV INCLUDED!!! Linens and bath towels provided along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Note* we DO NOT have a pull out couch.

Kitchen well equipped with a Keurig plus traditional coffee maker, waffle maker, blender and all standard cookware!

The Amelia South Condominium is the perfect beach front location on the island, just a short drive to the shops and restaurants of historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Wen truly enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly clean, well stocked, grateful for the laundry. It was so nice to be in a building that was friendly, clean and with a pool on the property. Sunrises were beautiful. We will be back.

Garrett was a great host! The bathrooms were a little small but clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the appliances all worked fine. The table and chairs on the balcony were comfy and we used them a lot. Parking was good and carts were available. Didn't use the pool cuz it was not heated!

1The condo was super clean, and very well equipped. In fact I couldn't think of one thing we needed that wasn't there. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The host, Garrett, was very helpful and congenial with my husband when we had a question about the tv. All in all, it was a great trip.

We loved sitting on the porch watching surfers, listening to music, and watching a lightening storm at sea. Views were amazing and surf sounds were perfect. I have issues walking, but was able to go to the pool. Will rent umbrella and do beach next time.

Good vacation

The condo itself was great and Garrett was very responsive! The building was a bit old, but the pool was kept clean and updated. We really appreciated the strong water pressure in the showers and the quiet fans throughout the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony for lunch and happy hour to watch the waves.
