Enjoy the Ocean Breeze from Our Beach Friendly Villa!

Welcome to our home away from home. My wife and I have been vacationing in Hilton Head Island for the last 23 years with our 3 children, and now our grandchildren! We found the Island Club to be very 'family friendly'.

Our Villa is located on the Atlantic Ocean within 1 minute walking distance to the beach. There’s plenty of activities to fill a vacation or if you prefer, a great place to relax and unwind! Our Villa is beautifully decorated and we think you will find it very inviting! Many of our guests return year after year!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
UPON DEPARTURE, PLEASE: 1) Leave ceiling fans running on low speed. 2) Turn thermostat to 80 in summer and 58 in winter.
3) Place all trash in exterior trash dumpster located at front parking lot by the Lagoon. 4) Place soiled towels on the bathroom floors.
5) Leave all used beds unmade. Do not remove linens or blankets off beds. 6) Refrigerator must be completely emptied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
