Villa intemporelle et moderne de 300m2 entièrement rénovée en 2020-2021 par architecte avec superbe vue sur Saint Tropez jusqu’a Gassin, dans un très beau domaine privé et fermé situé, derrière l'hôtel de Beauvallon à 900 mètres de la plage.

Cette discrète villa en pierres sèches domine un jardin clos méditerranéen, aux nombreuses essences et planté de chênes et de 5 pins parasol.

L’intimité autour de la piscine et dans le jardin est préservée car les villas voisines sont éloignées et bien espacées.

Un sol en dalles de pierres blondes parcourent la villa dans sa totalité (y compris les douches) et se poursuit jusqu’à la grande terrasse. Cet effet dedans- dehors est accentué par de grandes fenêtres coulissantes à galandage qui s’effacent dans les murs.

Le double salon traversant propose un espace Tv avec un grand téléviseur avec 5 enceintes Cabasse.

La salle à manger qui jouxte la cuisine bénéficie d'une double hauteur sous plafond mise en valeur par une grande verrière zénithale (équipée d’un pare-soleil avec télécommande).

La villa dispose de 7 chambres climatisées avec chacune leur penderie, leur salle d'eau avec wc séparés ou non (douche à l’italienne ou baignoire)

La cuisine (réalisée sur mesure cette année) jouxte la terrasse (vue sur la mer). Elle est complètement intégrée avec un électroménager haut de gamme dissimulé derrière des portes (, 2 réfrigerateurs, 1 grand congélateur avec distributeur de glaçons , plaque induction avec hotte invisible, lave vaisselle, four et four micro-ondes invisibles , machine Nespresso, cafetière électrique, toaster....)
Une buanderie- cellier avec lave-linge et sèche-linge est attenante à la cuisine.

La piscine carrelée de 9m X 5m et le jardin arboré sont entretenus par un professionnel chaque semaine.

La villa ne peut pas convenir à tous et nous veillons à ce qu’il n’y ait pas de malentendu …au risque de vous déplaire et d’avoir une note sévère de votre part, note qui nous paraît bien injuste. Magnifique!

The house is a dream, all details are perfect. Every room is thought out, bedrooms give privacy and independence an dare all en suite. The kitchen is great and supports cooking for large groups like ours, 2 fridges, 2 ovens, large freezer, the right amount of pots, glasses, cutlery, plates, not to be underestimated. The outside space table was absolutely spot on with the right amount of space and chairs to accommodate all. The pool is the perfect space for adults and kids and we had a blast. Anne is a great host with precise communication. We had the best time and can’t wait to be back.

Spectacular !

Anyone who has booked this house will find it difficult to leave again. It‘s build in a wonderful garden, completely invisible from the street. Entering for the first time, you directly feel at home. The welcoming process by the nice host is absolutely professional, accurate and quick. Although the house is not brandnew, everything is at „state of the art“. No smells of old wood and walls, superb interior styling, perfect kitchen and lovely and well equipped guest rooms. The house is huge, accommodating up to 14 guests easily (We rented for 14 adults - lots of space for everyone). Entering the spacious terrace, one get‘s rewarded by a breathtaking view over the beautiful Golfe de Saint Tropez! Pricing is very much okay, considering where you are, it‘s the Côte d‘Azur, and compared to other offers in the area. We can really and honestly recommend this villa and the safe and quiet surroundings in a private domaine. Thanks again to the owners for sharing this fantastic experience. Magnifique maison!

La maison d’Anne est magnifique, plus belle que sur les photos! Nous avons séjourné en famille avec deux bébés de 2 ans et tout était parfait. Il y a quelques marches et escaliers dans la maison mais en faisant attention ce n’est pas gênant même avec des petits enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la vue est unique et il y a de jolies plages à moins de 5 min en voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

best villa in South of France

meilleure villa de la Côte d'Azur et nous en avons déjà loué plusieurs. C'est la première fois que nous louons une villa une seconde fois, malgré la difficulté de louer une villa via Abritel en tant que Belge. Belle propriété avec des vues fantastiques et un très bon emplacement. Très beau bâtiment neuf avec tout le confort. Tout était super, de l'accueil au départ. Hôte très sympathique avec plein de bons conseils. Merci pour cette excellente semaine avec notre famille.

Auf Wiedersehen

Wir waren das zweite Jahr in Folge, in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Zwei Wochen haben wir mit Familie und Freunden den Aufenthalt genossen. Dieses Jahr war es für alle wie nach Hause kommen, wir kannten uns ja schon aus. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken, dass wir noch diverse Male kommen können, ohne alles gesehen zu haben. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist optimal konzipiert, auch für größere Gruppen, ob Rückzugsort, oder Ausstattung, einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder!! Danke an die Gastgeberin und ihr Team. Traumurlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Haus und der Blick sind mit Fotos gar nicht einzufangen. Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Sie ist modern und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben viele Stunden auf der Terrasse verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Auch mit mehreren Personen war es jederzeit möglich sich zurückzuziehen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche ermöglichte uns tolle Dinner und BBQ auf der Terrasse. Wir haben die Gegend erkundet, etwas Geduld muß man mit dem Verkehr haben, aber es lohnt sich, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut organisiert, es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner. Der Abschied viel uns sehr schwer, wir wären gerne geblieben. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin und ihr Team!

Un séjour de 15 jours inoubliable. Parents, enfants, petits enfants toute la tribu était ravie.

Cette maison d'architecte a un magnifique cachet malgré son âge.... Le site est magnifique, le jardin majestueux. La vue est magique sur le golfe de Saint Tropez, le domaine est très calme. Une grande piscine en contrebas pour petits et grands. Chaque chambre et ses salle de bains attenantes sont bien positionnées pour respecter l'intimité générationnelle. Nous n'avons pas été gênés par la chaleur la nuit, des ventilateurs se trouvent dans chaque chambre. Les pièces à vivre avec une décoration contemporaine nous ont laissé sous le charme où nous pouvions tous nous réunir, de grandes baies vitrées permettent facilement l'accès aux terrasses. Celle de la cuisine New Age ;)) permet à ceux qui sont aux fourneaux de partager de grands moments sympathiques avec les autres installés sur les terrasses. Vaisselle et matériel de cuisine assez suffisant pour le nombre que nous étions. Un magnifique barbecue , un solarium , tout y était pour des vacances super en famille. Et n'oublions pas le charmant accueil de Cécile....
