About this property

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is all set up for you to walk into and begin enjoying your vacation with all the amenities you will need. The home is located in a gated community and fully furnished. The property boasts wonderful walking paths, a gym, 2 ponds and a playground.

This little piece of paradise allows you to relax and enjoy the Florida scenery, all while giving you the convenience of being just moments away from the excitement of city life. It is located less than a mile from The Mall at University Town Center, Whole Foods, Target and Nordstrom, just to name a few. If you want it, we've got it! And all within less than a 5 minute drive.

If you are looking to check out some local attractions, we recommend the Mote Aquarium, Myaaka River State Park, one of the many museums, parasailing or deep sea fishing.

For Regatta fans, the location is 2.5 miles from Nathan Benderson Park where the 2018 World Rowing Masters Regatta was held.

You can also jump on the highway and in less than an hour, you can be in Tampa where you can enjoy Ybor City, the Hard Rock Casino or spend a day with the family at Busch Gardens.

Most importantly though, the beautiful white sand shore of Siesta Key Beach is located less than 20 miles from the front door. Beach chairs and an umbrella are in the garage and ready for your use.

You can fit up to 3 cars comfortably at the home which also has private laundry and a screened in patio. This property has everything to keep you comfortable in your home away from home. we can't wait to have you visit!

Lovely location

We stayed in this home with our 18 old grandson who was doing online courses. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied. A couple repair issues arose- they were dealt with as quickly as possible. We loved walking our dog around the lake, other residents were friendly, and the pool was lovely. We always look for new horizons, so we won’t be back, but do recommend the home for others.

Pleasant Townhouse

Pleasant Townhouse in Sarasota Bradenton near I-75. All three bedrooms have large comfortable beds. Available small garage and convenient parking. Screened back patio. Well equipped kitchen with Keurig and lots of K-cups. Very clean. Bedrooms are upstairs so you do have to climb some steps. Had a problem with a/c which manager fixed quickly! Overall very pleasant stay.

Enjoyable time

This unit is very quiet - well equipped kitchen (appliances need some repairs) that met our needs for two nights. Neighborhood was close to grocery stores and great shopping.
