LIVING ROOM AREA-
First Floor (Ground level)
Curl up on inviting sofa for a movie on the 60” flat-screen TV with cable as the gas fireplace warms the room. There is a working desk that includes a monitor and high speed internet.

KITCHEN & DINING- Second Floor
The fully equipped remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, dishware & glassware, culinary utensils needed to prepare favorite meals. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, freezer & ice maker. Microwave, Crockpot and toaster.
Fuel up with a choice of Keurig or a standard coffee maker. Gather at the six-person dining table. Coffee and tea are provided.
A half bath is also located on the second floor.

BEDROOMS & BATHS- Third Floor
The upstairs master suite features a new Tuff & Needle King bed, private balcony access facing North to enjoy the San Francisco peaks. Two walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Lots of natural light, vaulted celing and a large skylight to view the stars from the comfort of the luxurious King- sized bed. Also featured, 46” flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has new Tuff & Needle Queen bed, two walk-in closets with a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination. Hair dryers, towels and linens are provided. This floor also has a laundry room equipped with high efficiency full size washer and dryer. Laundry Soap and dryer sheets included.

LOFT- Fourth Floor
The loft has two new Tuff & Needle twin XL (extra long- adult size) beds and dresser. The kiddos love the loft to play inside the Teepee. However, adults will feel like the Queen/King of the Castle when staying in the loft.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Fantastic Views!
Two Balconies. One balcony is located off the kitchen level, faces downtown and is great for viewing the NAU campus, the Lowe Observatory and all the wildlife while sipping on your morning coffee. Guests can also use the gas barbecue. Outdoor patio table, shade umbrella and chairs. You can watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains.
The second outdoor balcony is a private, spacious balcony located off the master bedroom. Spectacular visible view of the San Francisco Peaks. The balcony has two lounge chairs to unwind your day or for reading a book.

GARAGE: Two car enclosed garage for guest use with additional parking on driveway and street level. Garage includes a Ping Pong Table.

LOCATION: Four blocks from downtown Flagstaff. Lots of local restaurants, shopping and breweries. Embark on daily adventures to skiing/snowboarding at Snowbowl, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, kayaking, golfing, sledding and mountain biking makes Flagstaff a year-around destination.

We were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving dinner in this very well equipped kitchen (we only brought our own aluminum roasting pan)! The property was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teens). There was plenty of space for us to be together, but also room for the kids to retreat when they wanted alone time. The entire home was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels for everyone. The location is super convenient to downtown Flagstaff, which offers great shopping and food options. We'll be back!

Ideal location for getting around the action and great restaurants. The 4th of July in Flagstaff is a unique experience. The property was very well stocked, many amenities.

Fabulous stay!

We loved this place. Checking in and out was a breeze and the location was perfect - close enough to walk downtown but tucked away on a side street so it was nice and quiet, we never once felt unsafe even being out at night. The house was well stocked, beds were extremely comfortable and the main bathroom was quite spacious. We liked having use of the garage to park our car and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table. We visited Sedona, Williams, Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon all within a two hour drive. There is also lots to see and do in Flagstaff - hiking trails, shopping, breweries, observatory. We would not hesitate to book again if we take a future trip to Arizona.

Location, location, location

This peek-a-view condo is close to many National Parks. We went to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, Sunset Crater Volcano, Walnut National Monument and other tourist sites like Winslow, Horseshoe Bend and walking tour of Flagstaff. Most of these were within a 2-2 1/2 hours. Then we returned back to the condo for a relaxing evening. We also took an overnight trip to Zion. The host was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Responded to any need / questions super quick.Highly recommend this condo.

All that was promised and more!!

The property was very clean and we did not lack anything we expected. It also provided little extras, like great coffee, that was much appreciated. All the appliances were in good working order and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was very walkable to downtown, which was what we wanted. The only downside I can come up with is that the sun started shining in the skylight over the master bed at 5am whether I wanted it to or not! But I was on Eastern time, so that was ok :).

Great home base for our Flagstaff trip

We loved everything about this place, and appreciated the cozy touches throughout. We were able to make most of our meals in the spacious kitchen, and we were so close to the downtown area that we could take a quick walk to go out to eat or drink at the last minute if need be. Nice home in a nice area. Parking was easy and it was very easy to get to NAU and downtown. The gas stove/fireplace was very cozy while we watched movies. Kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies. I would stay again if I go back to Flagstaff.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location- walk to downtown, no hassle parking. Kiddos love the loft area, parents love the private balconies, super unique layout.

What makes this property unique

Historical neighborhood, Wheeler Park Downtown that hosts a special event just about every weekend, not to mention a Sunday's Farmer's Market (seasonal). Get your kicks on Route 66 is a catchy song. Every time I see the San Francisco Peaks my heart is happy. The house is comfortable without all the cluster, simple is always best. The remodeled kitchen with the glass cabinets and new granite counter tops and island pull the entire home together. New double pane windows to let in the fresh air in but keep the winter out. Private garage with additional parking in driveway so you never have to fight for street space. Walk one block to some of the most amazing restaurants; personal favorite restaurant are the Lumberyard Brewing Co , Toasted Owl and who can resist the historic Monte Vista Hotel classic lounge in the basement for live entertainment every night.
