We should have been advised or it should have noted in the property description that there is no heat in the 5 bedrooms on the ground floor. True there are space heathers, but those are not sufficient. Moreover, when the space heathers were turned on, lights in the house dim which suggest electrical problems. Also, many lights were burned out and lamps are positioned in areas where there are no electrical outlets. 4 of the 5 light bulbs in the chandelier at the top of the stairs are burned out. All of our guests stayed upstairs where there is heat (vents from furnace). The house has "character" but in the winter you should advise future renters that all 5 bedrooms and baths on the ground floor will be without standard heating. The house was, therefore, overpriced. I know your company is more concerned for the owner, but a less than accurate or incomplete property description suggests misrepresentation on your part.
