We had a lovely stay at Eagles Nest. The view of Grand Lake from the deck was gorgeous. The home was beautifully and comfortably furnished. The proximity to town was easy. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in Grand Lake.

Very beautiful views of Grand Lake and surrounding mountains, conveniently located next to the town, and clean and well-stocked. Family really enjoyed staying here for a weekend.

The house was above Grand Lake with some nice vantage points for the lake. The house was well-maintained and contained many thoughtful touches and creature comforts, like a spacious hot tub, and games and books to borrow. The instruction manual had all the answers and we really never had to reach to Vandy for anything more. We ended up being a smaller group than we had originally planned, so there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of five. It was a literal 5 minute drive from the house to the south entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, which was great for the morning we didn't have timed entry and needed to be there before 9! :)All in all we had a very comfortable stay and would rent again for a large group if we ever come back to Grand Lake for a stay! Thanks!

Great location with lake views, only a short drive to town (you could walk it but it’s a pretty steep road). Just around the corner from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.Kitchen is fully stocked with basics (salt/pepper, oil, sugar, etc.), and lots of k-cups for coffee drinkers. Plenty of toiletries as well. Check in was easy and good communication from the host.

The home had everything we needed for a long weekend in the mountains with friends. We brought 2 infants plus kids 8 and under with and the house was a great setup for multiple families with babies who wanted them to nap etc. plus the book and games selection was great. Comfy beds, great showers and we loved the hot tub too!

This cabin was very nice. The views of Shadow Lake were beautiful. We loved the shopping in the mountain town. We also had a great time hiking Adam’s Falls. Hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The host was great to communicate with. A wonderful family vacation. Would rent this cabin again in a heart beat!!!

Long Weekend in Grand Lake

We had 3 couples in our 50's stay at Eagles Nest in Grand Lake. Everything was as advertised with the great view and all the amenities. Check in and out was easy and well done with a friendly and very accessible host. Place was clean and well maintained and in great location for RMNP and activities in town. We had a great trip at this VRBO rental.

Fantastic home with awesome views

Terrific home, well appointed, terrific floor plan and a spectacular outdoor deck for coffee, dinner or cocktails. Terrific view of the lakes and fireworks.

Great family cabin in Grand Lake

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The view from the deck is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time on it. There was plenty of room and we appreciated the hot tub after hiking!
