This house is exactly what I needed...a break from work and the hectic things in life. Host was available when needed, house was stocked with the necessary items. The view was so relaxing. The temperature in Florida was below normal, so the beach wasnt on my things to do. But the warm pool and relaxing water view made up for it. However, even if the temperature was higher, I just didnt need the beach this time. I got to slow down and not feel like I was on the go 24/7. My 3 older kids loved the pool, pool table/ping pong. This house is on my "stay at again" list.

Beautiful views amazing sunrise centrally, located, easy access to Sanibel, Fort Myers and Bonita BeachLovers Key State Park is about 45 minutes away. We spent every morning here. Found many seashells seen manatees at the shore. As well as an alligator swimming just off the golf would recommend this house to anybody looking to spend their evenings in the pool in their days at the beach.

Family celebration

Enjoyed a weekend with our family to celebrate my wife's birthday. We are familiar with Cape Coral and believe this is a better neighborhood. The views of the caloosahatche did not disappoint! Grandkids loved the pool and ping pong table. Adults relaxed poolside watching dolphin! Beds were comfortable televisions were all in working order and kitchen had everything and more of what we needed.

Fantastic and surreal water view; this made it very easy to relax. Clean house, and well stocked. Responsive and great communication with owner. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the grill was dirty… it wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t planning on using it! And some of the screening around the pool area was torn! Very minor things! The house is absolutely beautiful! That view is priceless! Serenity now! 😁

Nails in the pool / no AC - NO REFUND

Upon arrival the AC was not working and the pool was filled with roofing nails, flys, a copper wire, a bunch of leaves, and a pool chair. By the time the AC was fixed we were halfway done with the trip. The owner was not willing to give any money back. 86 degrees in the house and no pool. The contract says AC and a pool, there were neither on the first day and we received no money back. Pool was cleaned the second day and the AC was fixed 48hrs into vacation. Owner not willing to move on price whatsoever. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

Thank you for the time to share your experience with us. We would like to clarify that we had a technician on-site within 40 minutes of being notified of the AC issue, as we take the comfort of our guests very seriously. Upon being informed of nails in the pool, Maintenance arrived early morning the next day and swept the pool and pool deck with a magnet and did not find any nails, other than the roll of nails you found. It may have dropped from a contractor working. The pool is professionally cleaned and serviced weekly. Please know that we have taken steps to address all the issues.
