Charming Creole villa entirely new, on one level, 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, a large living room, a very large covered and pleasantly ventilated veranda, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry with washing machine laundry, enclosed garden and flat land. Free WIFI.

The villa is ideally located: the Diamant beach (famous for its very beautiful steps and jogging) is 30 meters from the villa. It is also at the entrance to the village of Diamant. Take advantage of the local market, shops, the lively evening square and its beachfront restaurants.

From Le Diamant, shine on the southern beaches: Anses d'Arlet, Anse Noire and Anse Dufour on the Caribbean side, the beaches of Sainte-Luce to Salines (Sainte-Anne) facing south, and throughout Martinique. Fort-de-France is 30 km away.

Ideal for a stay in the tropics with family or friends. The villa offers you its space, its comfort, its large veranda and its beautiful swimming pool to have a good time and take full advantage of the beach close by and the life of the village.

GREAT HOUSE

We came in on a later flight that arrived after dark and in the rain. It was very difficult to find Le Diamont, and the directions to the house aren't great. However, we were texting with the owner's friend that speaks enough English to help us find it. But, that is the only thing that went wrong the whole week. The house is clean, new I think, and the bathrooms are large. We had a family of 4 and a family of 2 share the house. Perfect size. We spent most of our time on the porch, and in the pool. There is a tv - we never turned it on. The wifi is fast and we could keep up with basketball games at home easily. Laying in bed and listening to the ocean was so nice. The walk to the beach is very simple - cross the street. There are waves on the beach, but the kids loved that one best. In the yard we spotted hummingbirds, lizards, toads and cats. What a treat! The owner's friend who spoke English was really helpful, and offered her number to text if there were issues - there weren't. The kitchen had basics and she even provided a small first breakfast in the fridge. To sum up, loved the property, the town of Le Diamonte and the owners. A perfect family stay with kids and tired adults. Recommend renting a car, however, you can walk to the bakery every morning for croissants, and have an excellent dinner in town. There is also a shopping market a short walk away, and a quick mart/hangout across the street.

Ein schönes, geräumiges Haus mit tollem Pool. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber und es gibt reichlich Platz, um sich im und außerhalb des Hauses wohlzufühlen. Nachteilig die laute Straße in der Nähe. Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar kurz, aber kaum vorhanden. Sehr gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso eine super Eisdiele.

Très belle maison! Tout équipée, propre. Nous avons eu un problème de plomberie, il a été résolu très vite. Merci à Draga pour son hospitalité et sa disponibilité! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances! Le seul point négatif de la maison, c’est la proximité de la route. .

Belle villa spacieuse et bien équipée; près de commerces de proximité (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie, restaurants) à pied.Villa près de la mer mais celle-ci n'est pas visible de la maison (ou très peu). Plage à proximité.Personne ressource très disponible.Agréable de se rendre au marché et aux petits bistros du bord de mer.Grande piscine bien entretenue. Tout ce qu.il faut pour un séjour agréable en famille ou avec des amis.

Tolle Poolvilla ganz nah am Strand

Tolle Villa mit Terrasse und großem Pool. Unser 5-jähriger Sohn hat es geliebt. Und zum Strand muss man nur über eine Straße. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuß am Strand ist man in 5 Minuten an Restaurants und Bars.

Villa sécurisée, très propre et très bien équipée; électro-ménagers de très bonne qualité et tous fonctionnels. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine (verres, tasses, vaisselle, coutellerie). Literie et serviettes en quantité très suffisante. Dragua, la personne responsable de la villa, répondait rapidement lorsque nous avions des demandes. Beaucoup d'espace. Nous avons été 4 adultes durant 2 semaines installés très confortablement. Terrasse magnifique entourée de multiples plantes tropicales, ce qui rend l'endroit très intime, sans vue presque chez les voisins. Superbe piscine très bien entretenue. Petit bémol: la mer est à 30 mètres, mais l'accès à cet endroit est très limité; il faut plutôt se rendre au centre de la ville, à 1 km, où la plage est accessible et où nous retrouvons de multiples petits kiosques offrant nourriture et boissons bien installés devant la mer. La route est un peu bruyante le jour, mais c'est le prix à payer pour aller à pieds à la boulangerie, pharmacie, magasin d'alimentation, restaurants, boutiques et plage. Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour d'un mois dans cette villa. Nous y retournons d'ailleurs l'an prochain pour un mois encore.

Jolie maison, grande et agréable. La proximité de la route n’est pas vraiment gênante. Par contre, nous avons été très déçus de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine car l’eau n’était vraiment pas chaude (apparemment c’est normal en janvier…. Mais nous ne le savions pas). Climatisation de deux chambres bruyante la nuit, un technicien devait intervenir mais nous aurions du rester à la maison quasiment une journée pour l’intervention, nous avons donc décliné cette proposition….tres bon accueil et très disponible.

Localisation idéale pour visiter le sud. Dommage trop près de la route donc bruit en journée. Piscine pas accessible pour personnes sur bequilles.Dommage il existe des escaliers en plastique avec barre à ajouter sans travaux pour la piscine. De même il faudrait un fauteuil dans le salon plus haut pour les personnes PMR. Sinon tout ok. Bon accueil et adaptation des heures arrivée et départ bien venus.
