Guests can enjoy dual views, with the front balcony overlooking the Long Island Sound and the rear balcony facing a natural marsh landscape. Modern conveniences include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and outdoor security cameras. The rental provides private beach access less than 100 feet away and supplies all essentials, including linens, towels, pillows, blankets, beach chairs, paper products, and cleaning pods, alongside outdoor furniture and a grill.

The booking calendar splits into two distinct seasons. The summer season runs from May 14 to September 30, requiring a one-week minimum stay that must begin on a Friday. Shorter stays during the summer are permitted but require a direct inquiry for non-standard pricing. The winter season offers academic and long-term rentals from October to May at a discounted rate, though guests on these long-term stays must pay for electric, heat, cable, and internet utilities separately on a monthly basis. Stays lasting 30 days or longer also require an inquiry prior to booking.

The property features several premium, bookable add-on experiences. Guests can reserve a chauffeured luxury vehicle tour of three to five wineries or breweries across Middlesex and New Haven Counties. Offshore activities include day or sunset charters to popular destinations like Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, and Block Island, as well as speedboat rentals, waterskiing, and tubing. Additionally, the home sits just minutes away from local restaurants, grocery stores, Chamard Vineyards, the Clinton Antiques Center, Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, Foxwoods Casino, and Mohegan Sun.

Rates from 5/14-9/30 are for short-term stays. Rentals during this period have a 1-week minimum requirement and begin on Fridays. We do allow shorter-than-7-day rentals, but not at the posted rate.
