A great place to stay if you're in Fort Collins for a week. Really close to the university and old town. It was clean, quiet and Stacy was very responsive to questions. We'd stay here again!
Clean, quiet and easy to access. Property manager was great to work with when we left some things behind. Great place for CSU family members.

Property was clean and had a large kitchen, although cooking utensils were somewhat limited if you were planning too much in-house cooking. Nice dining table to spread out a meal.
Nice little place, great location. Walls are thin so hopefully your neighbors aren't watching tv or have a barking dog!

This was a great pit stop in our road trip. The neighborhood was beautiful and fun to explore with our dog. We loved being so close to many different food options. One of the bed frames is broken in the middle making an uncomfortable night, so I’d recommend choosing your room carefully if you are first to arrive.

The bed has been replaced,Thank you for letting us know. : )
The place served our needs well for a week of visiting with family in the area. We would rent this place again. Everything was as advertised and easy.
Note, be prepared to bring your own trash bags, laundry detergent, cooking spices, and condiments, as none are provided.
Safe residential area near hospital. Super clean and inviting. New appliances, great cooking pans. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Linens pristine white with high quality towels. Rapid response from property manager for any questions. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Would love to stay here again.

Good stay
Property worked fine for the weekend. Looked different in the photos. Quiet neighborhood by some doctor’s offices. Although walls are thin and you can hear what your neighbors are saying. Wifi wasn’t great and was hard to stream movies.

Cute location; cleanliness needs improvement
Upon arrival, we found the pull-out bed to have crumbs scattered across it and a very strong mildew odor. This was addressed with the property manager and he responded swiftly stating he’d discuss it with the cleaning staff to ensure this does not happen again. Very cute and convenient location and overall stay was good aside from the cleanliness issues.

Hey, Manuel, thank you for the feedback. We have met with the housekeeping team to remind them that sofa beds needs to be inspected with the same attention to detail as the rest of the home - we're sorry about that!
We hope that we can host you again soon!
Communication was not possible by emailing. Need to call to get a response. There were 6 bikes but only 2 were allowed to be used at a time and all tires were flat. They were strict on the 4:00 check in but the last day they were able to accommodate noon. Unclear on what yard space we were allowed to use. I would say it was too expensive for what you got. It was clean.

Thank you for your feedback. We are getting the bikes in working order. The yard and bikes are a shared space for everyone to use on a first-come/first serve basis.
Would like to make a few suggestions: they mentioned they had stuff for spills, broom don’t pick up spills need rags or paper towels! No shelf’s in bathroom Very inconvenient for toiletries, especially for more than 2 women. no iron present. Nice washer n dryer but felt dryer took to long to dry things. More dish towels needed, only had 2! no tissues for cleaning face, they asked us to use. No saran-wrap or tinfoil would have been nice. Great location, nice use of bikes, Would be nice to have been told to bring laundry products

Patricia, Thank you for the review. We will look into each of these items and review them! There should always be paper towels, laundry detergent, and makeup wipes in our homes. I am sorry those were not there for you. We would have been happy to drop them by!
