This newly remodeled, 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, air-conditioned 800 sf. condo looks out over beautiful Sunrise golf course. Steps from resort like swimming pool & jaccuzzi area with palm tree framed mountain views. Condo is located in Sunrise Country Club a gated/guarded community giving you a private, quiet and safe condo to enjoy your time in Rancho Mirage. Community includes access to golf, tennis, pickle ball, dining, workout facilities, events and classes. A true desert oasis.
Enter into the condo through a large, landscaped, interior courtyard with overhead shade covering. It includes 6 person patio set and a large gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining or just relaxing.
The spacious living/dining room comes with cable HDTV & High Speed internet WiFi and steps out onto the shaded, private front patio overlooking the golf course. The dining table seats 4 and is next to a bar eating/pass through area. There’s also a 1/2 bath, easy access for quests.
The recently remodeled kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for a long stay and for entertaining. The kitchen window opens to an outside counter near the outside gas grill for easy pass-through to the front courtyard.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and large private master bath (shower/bath) and large closet. Master has view of golf course and direct access to patio through glass doors.
All linens, towels, pool towels, and bedding are provided. The condo has full size washer and dryer. One car garage with door opener and additional parking on the driveway.
