This retreat features a large 1 bedroom with comfortable king bed and 1.5 bathrooms All new appliances and furniture. Guests can enjoy heating, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer. Three patios add another entire outdoor living dimension complete with couches, firepit, dining and lounge chairs. Extra inflatable beds available. 100 steps to pool. Pickleball and tennis courts (additional charge through country club). If rented during summer, a A/C charge. This unit is never available
