Recently renovated, this historic antebellum home has been transformed into "The Palms" - a Boho Chic retreat that features a stunning courtyard for outdoor gathering. All just one block to King St!

**Please note the property is divided into 3 Suites that share the common courtyard spaces**

This listing is for Suite C - located on the second and third floors

Guest Access:
Guests access the suite by walking through the courtyard and up to the second level porch. Suite C is on the right. Access is provided with a unique key code.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is one block from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of Upper King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a free shuttle service that allows riders to explore the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH website for a route map and more information.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there will be construction at our neighboring property. While we expect quiet hours to be upheld, there may be some construction noise during daytime hours.

Parking: 1 parking space is provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. It is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 minute walk.

Stairs required - this Suite is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. It shares walls with another Suite. While the Suite is private, the courtyard is shared with other guests.

This is not an event space. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests allowed.

There are excessive noise monitors on the property - please respect your fellow guests and the 11pm city mandated noise curfew.

For security purposes only, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the patio and brick alley.

Date Alterations - We will do our best to honor date change requests for your reservation (with at least 60 days notice before check-in) which do not significantly decrease the cost of your reservation, subject to availability. We do not alter reservation dates within 60 days of check-in, with the exception of adding available nights onto your current reservation. Any other date change requests within 60 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance - We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen travel disruptions.

Great location and property
Great location close to king street but avoids some of the late night noise. The property is an amazing house with wonderful touches of hospitality. Great patio and porch for casual entertainment. Host was very accommodating and welcoming!

Beautiful, comfortable home with included parking!
I traveled with my sixteen year-old granddaughter, and the two of us had an amazing stay. The description of the property is as exactly as shown, and the communication with the host was outstanding. No details forgotten in the personalized app for the home and location. Endless opportunities to shop and eat out, and DoorDash delivered one evening when we were too exhausted from our daytime fun to leave the home again. Very short drive from the airport, and less than an hour drive to the beaches. Also less than an hour drive to Cypress Gardens and the swamp that was used for the filming of the movie “The Notebook”. (That was absolutely gorgeous and not difficult for us to row a small boat through the area. Definitely recommend taking the time to do this.) I have zero complaints and can not wait to return. I’m actually already planning on a trip back soon with my husband since I’ve already convinced him to build me the gorgeous swing located in the property’s courtyard. Thank you so much Tom and Hannah for sharing your home with me so I could make memories to last a lifetime with my granddaughter. As a hospice nurse, I know life is short, and sometimes you need to seek out the best. Your home is the best, and I’m so grateful for your accommodations.

Liars!
First of all, Tom and Hannah as a couple renting this home is a complete lie!!!!!!! Fake profile!!!!! It’s a fictional couple used to sell you! They don’t exist. It’s a fake profile. Just to “dupe” you! Completely disgusting! I had several questions and they were answered by a third party company, which I knew right away. Simply hired to act like “Tom and Hannah”! So sickening!!!!!
