Spacious and comfortable, this condo sleeps six. It has a large living room with a 39" TV. The recently updated kitchen makes cooking appealing. Relax in one of the 2 private lanais with outdoor seating. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full updated bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size mattress, 31" TV, and updated furniture. The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a queen bed and a twin size daybed. The living room sofa has a pull out mattress. Free wireless internet is provided.

Family on AMI

This is an adorable unit in a great, central location. The layout of the unit is perfect! The family vacationing above us were a bit loud at very early and very late times but otherwise it was a perfect stay !

Absolutely loved the location of Julie's condo! Super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool was so refreshing after a day at the beach. Publix is right across the alley which is a huge plus!!! Thank you Julie for sharing your little gem 🌴

Amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is awesome with shopping right across the street and the walk to the beach was easy and pretty! The condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable which I am picky about, but I slept so good there. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The closet with the beach supplies was very helpful too. Julie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and will definitely be back to this condo! Thank you for sharing your place!

Perfect Place!

Our stay was wonderful on AMI. The property is a short walk to the public beach along city park sidewalks and has plenty of beach chairs and toys to take along. The kitchen is beautiful and had many of the things you’d need on a daily basis. A short walk to Publix helped us cook breakfast daily. The space was open and clean and felt like the perfect amount of space for a vacation. We loved the patios and they helped us spend even more time outside!

Best place to stay on AMI

Hands down, the best place we’ve stayed on AMI! Location was great and it was so comfy to relax after a long day at the beach with kids. We had everything we needed and more. Cannot recommend enough!
