Unobstructed Bayfront vacation home in Dewey Beach, with stunning sunset views and direct access to a sandy beach and Rehoboth Bay. Enjoy the newly landscaped property, sandy beach and pier. Unique property in the center of Dewey Beach. My property boasts of a wall surrounding providing privacy and a quiet atmosphere. It is a place all its own in this bustling summer beach town. It centrally located providing easy access to our fantastic small town restaurants, live entertainment as well as outlet shopping, and outdoor activities. Family and couple friendly only, with 2 parking permits provided(May 15-Sept15). My property sleeps 8 (not including additional sofa bed) adults comfortably, with 2 full bathrooms plus 1/2 bathroom and a screened porch overlooking the bay. Features include central A/C, new kitchen(2021) with stainless steel appliances, full size laundry machines, black out shades on the windows, solid doors for a quiet good night sleep. Designated parking for 2 cars. Just a short 1 block to the ocean beach, restaurants,minim golf etc. There is playground near by, and numerous restaurants. The Jolly Trolley available at the top of our street for easy access to Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk. Smoke and pet-free property. Families, couples and mature adult groups welcome. Please NO high school or college groups rentals allowed. Available for 3 night rentals during peak summer season and 2-day stays in the off-season. ***Please note there is no elevator. ***There are steps to the unit and steps inside leading to the main bedroom suite.*** very important Provide a brief description of who will be staying at my property****

Wonderful bayfront property with beautiful water and sunset views, convenient location walkable to the beach, restaurants & shopping. We loved just hanging out on the private beach (residents only) on the bay and launching our paddle boards from there. Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the host is very responsive & communicative. Our group of 3 couples had plenty of room in the property, especially with 3 bathrooms, and we had a fabulous 3-day weekend together. Highly recommend this property!

The house was well maintained and very nice. We had all of the amenities that we needed. The view was absolutely gorgeous! Our host, Lisa, was very accommodating and made the check-in process very easy. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay at this property was great! Beautiful views of the bay and only a block and half from the beach. You get the best of both worlds. This place is walking distance from so much, we never had to get in the car. House was clean, beds were very comfy and Lisa was very responsive if we had any questions!

Beautiful place. Impeccably appointed! Great location 3 blocks from beach and directly on the bay.Just know this is a complex with 8 units, not a house.The host Lisa was very kind.Would have been wonderful to know ahead that we didn’t need pillows and blankets but that we needed hand towels. Also helpful would be to have more than two parking permits for a place that sleeps 8 and a few Adirondack chairs in the sand would be a great touch!Overall, we loved our stay!!

Bay front, gorgeous views, ocean is a quick 5 min walk, walk to a variety of restaurants, place is updated and beautifully decorated. Looking forward to our visit next year

Weekend in Dewey Beach

This was a great place to stay in Dewey Beach. The screened in porch overlooking the bay was beautiful and comfortable. It was conveniently located and had two included parking spots. I would definitely stay here again.

I have been visiting and owned property in Dewey beach, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes for many years. I enjoy the small town vibe. I am attracted to the ocean, beaches and the many watersports the bay provides. I met my husband in Dewey. I have 3 adult children and 7 grandchildren. Our extended family spends several weeks in the summer at this family complex. Our parents grew up summering in Rehoboth and the next 3 generations are continuing their tradition .

Why they chose this property

Property has been in my family for 50 years. It was rebuilt in 1982 then remodeled 2020. The building was lifted in 2020 due to frequent bay flooding. New steps and boardwalks surrounding the property. We love all the water-sports and the life around the bay. I enjoy morning walks on the ocean beach and boardwalk in Rehoboth. Park your car and walk! No driving necessary!

What makes this property unique

Snug Harbor is a gated property including private parking for 2 cars with 2 permits provided. Weekly and daily permits available to purchase for other cars. Note the signs posted on the streets. Centrally located within walking distance to all town has to offer. Home newly renovated, front screened porch, fantastic kitchen, den with trundle bed, Living room is a lovely family area with unobstructed views of Rehoboth Bay. The large master bedroom with ensuite bath provides beautiful views of the bay and fabulous sunsets.
