Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet und alles war sauber.Die Besitzerin Nuria ist super freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns pudelwohl und willkommen gefühlt.Ein großes Plus ist zudem der große, fußläufig erreichbare Supermarkt.Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft 100%.Danke Nuria

Superbe maison idéale pour une famille.Point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions. Réglementation pour la piscine commune trop stricte. Pas de ballon, pas matelas ni de transats autour pour bronzer....C 'est le seul point négatif pour moi.

Concernant votre remarque concernant la piscine commune, il s'agit d'un règlement établi par les résidents pour maintenir la paix et l'ordre, mais je vais ajouter un commentaire pour le rendre moins strict.

Sehr einladendes Haus und Garten mit Flair, 100% Weiterempfehlung

Haus: sehr schönes einladendes Anwesen mit 3 Schlafzimmer, einem größeren und einem kleineren Bad. Die Wohnräume sind liebevoll eingerichtet; man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Couch könnte einen neuen Bezug vertragen. Die Terrasse (mit Lounge) ist gigantisch (mit Blick auf die Burg Montgri). Lage: sehr ruhig und entspannend in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage, von den Nachbarn kriegt man nichts mit, 6 Autominuten bzw. 15 gemütliche Fahrradminuten vom schönsten Strandabschnitt in Estartit (Blue Monkey Strandbar!) entfernt. Ein sehr gepflegter und sauberer Gemeinschaftspool (Mitte bis Ende Juni wenig frequentiert) ist 15m entfernt. Sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt in 5 Geh- und 2 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Extras: 6 Fahrräder für Groß und Klein stehen zur Verfügung. Prima Leistung! Holzkohlegrill und Waschmaschine (bspw. zum Waschen von Handtücher). Besonderheit: nur spanisches TV, man kann über Laptop und HDMI (muss man mitbringen) deutsche Mediathek oder Netflix pp. anschauen. Kein Livestream möglich (rechtlich gesperrt)! Soll aber über VPN möglich sein (kann man sich monatlich buchen, war mir jetzt aber zu viel). Für Damen, die sich fönen: die Sicherung fliegt dauernd raus! Kontakt: Die Vermieterin Nuria ist stets präsent und hilfsbereit. Preis-/Leistung stimmt. Gesamteindruck: 100% Weiterempfehlung, ganz tolles Urlaubserlebnis als Paar oder Familie, das Anwesen hat absoluten Urlaubsflair, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Belle maison dans un coin magnifique

Très belle maison, décorée avec goût où rien ne manque. La vue de la terrasse sur le toit est magnifique. La situation est idéale pour visiter les environs et Barcelone est aussi accessible pour un voyage dans la journée. La priorité est très bien entretenue et la récupération et la remise des clés facile. Nuria est un hôte agréable et serviable. Un grand merci, je conseille vivement la maison.

Villa charmante dans un cadre agreable

Villa spacieuse aménagée avec goût et equipement complet. Piscine commune tres proche de la villa. Quartier privatif tres calme et adaptée pour famille avec enfants. Des velos ont ete prêtés par la proprietaire pour se rendre a Estartit tout proche. Plage Estartit large et agreable avec vue sur les iles Medes. Nombreuses activites possibles et criques a proximité. En bref logement à recommander

A Great Place to Stay

Nuria and Juan have a great house in a quiet location mid-way between L’Estartit and Torroella de Montgri. With room for 6 people the spacious accommodation is modern and everything is provided for a happy holiday. The house is very close to one of the swimming pools. It has a roof terrace as well as a nice garden area with outdoor seating and dining furniture. Close by is a Lidl supermarket as well as a Supermercat GP which has a bus stop outside. If you are looking for a family holiday in a nice area close to various facilities including shopping and good beaches this could be the one for you !!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein ganz tolles Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit schönem Pool. Es ist ein Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach wenigen Autominuten ist man an dem tollen Strand und kann direkt dort parken. In L'estartit kann man schön bummeln. Uns hat es rundum gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und für uns immer zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

un endroit parfait

la location est idéalement située, à 2 kms de la grande plage de l' Estartit et d'un accès facile vers tous les points d'intérêts de la région. La maison est jolie, bien décorée, pratique d'utilisation et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires laissent leurs vélos à disposition, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour se rendre à la plage par les petits chemins.

Queridos Juan y Nuria. Nos encantó estar en la casa. No solo tiene encanto sino que esta muy bien equipada. Los alrededores preciosos. Muchas gracias por dejarnos las bicicletas para dar paseos por los campos e ir a las playas vírgenes cercanas. Las piscinas no las utilizamos pero están estupendas. La zona muy tranquila y todo muy limpio y cuidado. Seguro volveremos¡
