The casita is a small house (40 m2) for 2 people fitted out as a studio with bathroom, kitchen, small living room and giant bed (2 m -1m90).
The small house is located near a large house in a magnificent property and a garden with fruit trees. You will love our "Home Made" jams, ...
On its roof, a private terrace facing south with a veranda, will allow you to take your meals, sunbath and take a nap.
Access to the swimming pool is at your disposal at will. It is a swimming pool of 4 m in diameter above ground, ideal to cool off during the great heat of Mallorca. Deckchairs in the shade or in the sun welcome you to relax with the birdsong. The owners are sometimes present but you will not share the property with other families.
Our property is located 2 km from Manacor, a pretty little town with all facilities. Bicycles are at your disposal to get to Manacor by the cycle track, La Via Verde, pretty promenade.
The Nadal tennis center, nearby, offers a multitude of sports and swimming pools, + a spa.
Only 15 km from the most beautiful beaches on the east and north coast of the island; in 15 minutes, you can swim and enjoy the pleasures of the sea ...

pas satisfait

Franchement nous avons passé un bon séjour mais le gite n'est pas top ,cela ne correspond pas à la description sur abritel et loin s'en faut .La terrasse à l'étage est composée de deux siéges plus que vieux ,c'est pas entretenu c'est sale (crotte de chats) .La casita est humide , la literie ne sent pas bon nous y avons déversé du parfum ,le canapé en bas dehors est hors service et plus que fatigué ,nous n'avons pas osé en parler pour ne pas être en froid avec la propriétaire ne pouvant pas nous retourner pour trouver autre chose .Nous avons pris des photos de tout cela .,louer cela est scandaleux

6 days of tranquility.

We enjoyed 6 days of peace and quiet in a rural setting 20 minutes drive from 3 lovely beaches. The hosts were friendly and hospitable.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Kein schöner Beginn für einen Urlaub!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und sind gar nicht eingezogen. Wir konnten mit unserer Furgoneta nicht am Haus parken, wegen der Höhe des Tores und der Enge an der Einfahrt. Auch ausserhalb gab es keine Möglichkeit zu parken die sicher und gut war. Wir haben das Inserat so verstanden, dass das casita auf einem großen Grundstück ist. Die Beschreibung sagt, alles ist groß und privat. Die Außenwand der Casita ist auf die Grenze zur Zufahrtsstraße gebaut, gleich daneben ist das Haus in dem die Vermieterin wohnt. Von Privatsphäre haben wir nichts gespürt, auch nicht die Ruhe. Ein großer Hund ist frei herumgelaufen. Für uns ist die Beschreibung nicht richtig. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Einigung gefunden. Aber das Erlebnis und der Umgang an sich war für uns ein sehr unerfreulich und unangenehm. Wir können es nicht empfehlen. Wir buchen seit 10 Jahren auf diesem Portal in Spanien, waren immer zufrieden, so etwas ist uns noch nicht passiert.

Una casita rodeada de verde

El sitio es ideal para recargar en energía, porque está rodeado de verde, tiene unas bonitas vistas y es tranquilo. La terraza superior es ideal para practicar yoga o otros ejercicios por la mañana y da lugar a poder disfrutar del relax de la tarde al reparo del sol o de noche más frescito para mirar las estrellas ... Aunque los propietarios viven al lado, son muy simpáticos. Hay una piscina para darse un chapuzón al de los árboles y de las gallinas. Una estancia natural para dos o tres en familia.

Merci, Françoise de cet accueil, simple et discret. Peu de gîtes peuvent recevoir à 5h00 du matin. Nos toutous aussi ont bien apprécié ce trop court séjour A bientôt Majorqua

Parents de la propriétaire très sympas dans la maison à côté, nous avons eu des problèmes avec l’eau chaude, un jour sans et je me suis douchée à l’eau froide le dernier matin, pas d’eau chaude au bout de 10 min, pas facile de trouvé de bons restos dans les environs

Schönen Casita mit tollem Blick auf Manacor

Wir haben die ersten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubs hier verbracht und können sagen, dass die Unterkunft uns sehr gefallen hat und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung war. Die Calas der Region sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und das schöne Städtchen Arta liegt nur knapp 30 Minuten entfernt. Manacor ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bietet alles, was für den Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Casita steht auf einem großen Gründstück und teilt sich sie Fläche mit einem größeren Haus, welches zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches nicht vermietet bzw. bewohnt war. Das bedeutet, wir hatten das ganze Grundstück für uns alleine, inklusive kleinen Pool. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen, wenn man auf größeren Luxus verzichten kann und die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen weiß. Die Gastgeberin Françoise war stets erreichbar wenn Fragen da waren und erkundete sich auch nach unserem Empfinden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
