About this property

Cozy, spacious house with LAKE VIEW from ALL rooms

This house has an amazing view from all rooms over Lake Tahoe. With its high cathedral ceiling the living room is a spacious and a wonderful place to relax. It has an open kitchen, a large teak dining table with 6 chairs, comfortable sofa and a gas fireplace. The house is situated in the higher part of Incline Village. Wake up from a restful night sleep and open your blinds to start the day with gazing over the lake.

The house: It consist of 3 floors. On the ground floor you will have 2 bays to park your car(s) (2 cars max). From the entrance on the ground floor you walk up the stairs to the floor with the 2 bedrooms. There is one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This room has plenty of space to add an air mattress or crib (not provided in the house). On this same floor you will find the second bedroom and the second bathroom. This bathroom is accessible from the hallway, so no need to go through the second bedroom. You also find the washer and dryer on this floor.

From the second floor you walk up the stairs to the third floor (top floor) where you find the living room, dinning area an kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (and eat) a wonderful meal. It has an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. The gas fire place adds a nice nuance for a cozy winter evening and on a nice day you can sit out on the balcony.


Both the couch (queen) and the love seat (single) in the living room pull out as beds.

No street parking allowed

Incline Village is a wonderful town with nice restaurants and bars. The lake is a few minutes away from the house for plenty of summer activities (swimming, boating, canoeing, etc.). There are also many nice hiking trails very nearby.
In the winter the slopes are there for you. Diamond Peak is only 5 minutes away. Mt rose about 15 and NorthStar 25 minutes. Alpine, Squaw and Heavenly are all 45 minutes away. And the nice plus: your car is parked in the bay, so no snow to remove before you want to hit the slopes.

Access to the private beaches in Incline Village available for a fee.

Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy.

Upon arrival, we were blown away by the view of Lake Tahoe from all the rooms! The view is unmatched!!! This beautiful, and very comfortable, home is situated in a quiet complex. A perfect place to spend long overdue family time with our adult children. Our host, Geeke, was very personable and accommodating when our vehicle broke down and we had to stay an extra night. We would highly recommend this property!!

Geeke was a gracious host. We received a very warm welcome message with detailed check-in information. Gorgeous view of the lake which we enjoyed every morning and evening while sitting on the balcony. The house was cleaned, well kept and equipped. Looking forward to our next stay!

Cozy condo in the snow

We were very comfortable in this property perfect for a family of four. We were there during the biggest snowstorm in many years and we were not able to ski but we enjoyed movies, games and family time. Communication with owner was great, because of the storm we were able to stay an additional night and she was so helpful. We hope to come back and ski when conditions are better.

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any questions you might have. The complex is quiet and peaceful and very neat and clean. There is a covered garage with each unit. Parking is on ground floor, go up a flight is stairs to two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Then you go to another flight of stairs to the main living area with kitchen, dining area, family room with fireplace, and a balcony with a gorgeous view. I highly recommend this VRBO rental!

Super convenient for long ski weekend

Jan 2021 stay. Valuable- covered parking NOT a garage so that our truck could easily park. Many units have only tiny garages that wouldnt fit our car. Easy kitchen to cook light meals. Quiet. wish we would have taken our own pillows. It is east facing- I wish they had dark blackout drapes. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Christmas stay 2018

We had a wonderful time at this location for 3 night. The place is conveniently located few minutes away from the Diamond Peak ski resort, and has very easy access to incline village center. It is very clean, has plenty of space for the 6 of us to relax and entertain after a day of skiing. It also has a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, especially after a night of snow. And the host Geeke was very helpful with the direction and the check-in/out instructions. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place to stay for a nice Tahoe vacation.
