A nice house to stay if you want quiet but still a short walk to Jean le pins.

Stunning house

Wonderful stay for 5 weeks. Location not quite as good as expected. Several problems with the washing machine, that was addressed straight away. Stunning home lovely and clean. Only complaint I have is that there was no spare bedding, so being there for 5 weeks I had to waste a day a week of my holiday washing, drying ironing bedding so that I had bed for the same evening. I could have purchased an extra set for €20. I thought this was rather unfair.

bon séjour belle maison - 4 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain emplacement au dessus de juan les pins un peu éloigné des plages mais très calme ... et les commerces ne sont qu'a 10 /15 minutes a pied les plages a 1 km ... piscine correcte - transats a changer !! je pense que nous y retournerons l'année prochaine

Fantastic!!

Sebastian's villa was ideal. The house is a little dated, and is sparsely equipped - no handwash by the sink/toiletries & had to pay extra bed linen & towels. However, there is a supermarket just 5 minutes walk away so after a short trip there when we first arrived it was fine, and there is plenty of kitchen equipment to make it fine for self catering. It's only a 10 minute walk in to Juan Les Pins & the beach front, and 5 minutes to the train station which we used to get in to Antibes, so had absolutely no need for a car - although the road to the villa is steep so might not be as simple for the less mobile. The house is huge, 4 bathrooms so one to every bedroom, a huge living area which we didn't actually use as the weather was great. You can't see on the photos but there is a large dining table outside which seats 8 so we used this for all our meals. The kitchenette in the studio was really useful, as it's downstairs by the outside table, therefore we used this more than the main house kitchen. Sebastian was lovely, really friendly, was waiting for us at the house when we arrived and came exactly on time for us to check out (which he'd let us move later as our flight wasn't until the evening. He responded to texts really quickly and when the toilet blocked, came the next morning to fix. I'd definitely stay here again. The combination of a huge house, fantastic garden, and great location made it absolutely ideal
