Enjoy this charming upstairs apartment that encompasses a mix of chic rustic, modern decor and the atmosphere of home. 1.1 miles from the heart of South Haven and South Beach on Lake Michigan, this is a perfect place if you are looking for beach time and a place to relax. This apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath and can sleep up to 5 people.

This is a duplex home with two apartments. You will be staying in the apartment upstairs. Your home is 100% private to you and your guests. The only thing you share is the driveway where there is room for you to park 2 vehicles. You have access to the full upstairs apartment and fenced in backyard.

We provide necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, cooking utensils, dishes, and beach chairs that you may use during your stay. There is no central air conditioning but there are units placed inside to keep the home cool and fans throughout the space. 4 beach chairs are provided for your use while you are staying.

South Haven Getaway

This property is an upstairs apartment. The accommodations were excellent and exactly as described. The parking is a double drive with more than adequate space for your vehicle(s). As the weather was mild, we opened the (new) windows and had no need to use the three freestanding AC units. Bedrooms are roomy, beds comfortable. Would recommend.

Sister's Getaway

Close to things we wanted to do (beaches/rock collecting) and restaurants. Spacious rental. No central A/C, but there are portable units that cool the bedrooms off nicely, plus ceiling fans in main rooms and bedrooms. Love that host provided beach towels/chairs, shampoo, dish soap, tp, pp towels. When I sent text, she was quick to respond. The porch was so handy for our coolers and extra stuff. Enjoyed our stay.

charming and convenient

My daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend. It is charmingly decorated and has the nicest back porch and back yard. The Porch was so cute, in fact, that my daughter's boyfriend proposed there. The location was super close to downtown, beaches and stores. It also comes with a great and responsive host. And, if your lucky, you may get to see Milo the big orange cat that lives downstairs. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely place to stay for a girls weekend. Perfect space filled with darling decor, positivity and the little extras that make such a difference in a comfortable stay. The home is about a 1/2 mile from downtown SoHa, a safe, quick walk. Communication with property owner was excellent and we appreciated the extra assistance when we ran into a little bit of car trouble. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Great Location

This property was exactly as described. We all slept comfortably. Everything was clean and cozy. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger but we made it work for the four of us for a few days. We had a big thunderstorm during our stay and lost power, but the owner was extremely responsive and had everything back in working order very quickly. The beach towels and beach chairs were extremely handy! The downtown shops and restaurants and beach are just minutes away from this property.

South Haven is my absolute favorite town. We go yearly- and this was the first time staying in this gem. It exceeded every expectation and more. The cleanliness, the stylish decor, and the hospitality the owners have shown. I couldn't recommend this adorable rental more.

What a charming place!

This was perfect for our fall girls getaway to South Haven! The place is charming, clean, comfy beds, and decorated so nice! Close to downtown and the beach! One thing that we did notice though is at times the traffic outside on the street was pretty noisy when the windows were open. It's a busy street. But all in all, a great stay!

Perfect upstairs apartment for 2 couples

This place and everything inside seems brand new! We had a great stay in this apartment and it was a short drive to the beach and downtown. The beds were comfortable and everything you need for the beach was waiting for you at the house. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful House, Great Location

This was exactly what we were looking for. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location, less than a mile from downtown. We had easy access to the beach as well with a simple drive a mile down the road. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with a very convenient location in South Haven.

Perfect Place!

My friends and I had such a wonderful time here! The rental is absolutely beautiful and so well designed. Tracy was easy to communicate with and the on-site contacts were available when needed. Having the beach chairs and towels were a great touch for the beach. Within walking distance to downtown South Haven. The rental is much bigger in person and comfortably fit 6 of us. Loved this place!

Great decor and close to downtown!!!

We were there to celebrate our friends 50th birthday with a girls get away weekend. It was just as the pictures showed and were very impressed. Very, very close to downtown about a 2 minute drive!! The owner went above and beyond with thing we might have forgot. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash for men and women, tooth brushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, all you needed and not travel size but full size. When we entered there was a nice note and a bottle of wine waiting for us to start our stay. Would stay there agian!!

This property has been in our family since it was built back in the 60’s. This area used to be a fruit orchard and our grandfather had the street next to this home named after him. He was a renowned doctor in the city of South Haven.
