Welcome to our beautiful 2 BD/1.5 BA mountain retreat, Cottage on the Creek. Our tiny house (400 SF) is nestled alongside the serene melodies of Jonathan Creek. This home has been thoughtfully renovated, accentuating its mountain charm with wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and cozy decor. Indulge in the comfort of our mini-split heating and cooling system, ensuring the perfect temperature throughout your stay.

Step out onto the covered front porch, where you can enjoy the calming sounds and picturesque views of the creek. Our outdoor area is equipped with warm, inviting lights, creating the perfect spot to unwind, perhaps with a hot cup of tea, or a glass of wine, whilst seated in one of our rocking chairs or at our outdoor 4-person table.

Our prime location offers convenience, situated just off a connector road to Soco Road. Whether you wish to embark on local adventures or simply relax and rejuvenate by the mountain stream, our Cottage is the perfect getaway.

Inside, find two inviting double bedrooms, a living room with a 52` TV, as well as a 19` TV in the primary bedroom. For your entertainment, free wireless and streaming services are provided. The fully-equipped kitchen (excluding dishwasher) offers everything needed to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed in the comfort of your mountain home. Enjoy the warmth of an electric fireplace, adding to the overall coziness of the space.

Although the Cottage doesn`t have laundry facilities, you can find a laundromat just a few miles away. As this is a non-smoking residence, we kindly ask that any smoking be done on the porch or outside, providing smoke pots for your convenience.

We are a dog-friendly property with prior approval and a $75 pet fee. We request that you kindly clean up after your canine companion and consider the comfort of other guests.

Experience the unique local wildlife, from Elk and Bear to Fox and Fireflies. Enjoy easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway (10 minutes), Cataloochee Ski Resort (12 minutes), Harrah`s Casino in Cherokee (20 minutes), Asheville`s famous Biltmore House (30 minutes), and Waynesville (10 minutes).

The cabin is very close to Maggie Valley but far enough away that it is quiet. The inside is a wonderful cabin setting! The river behind the cabin is nice with a fire pit next to the bank. We will look at staying again!

Cozy cabin on Jonathan Creek.

This cute, cozy cabin is right on Jonathan Creek, close to town, on a paved road. The owners made sure it was very clean, tidy and ready to go. The beds were comfortable and the whole area was very quiet. Would definately book again.

Perfect location and stay in Maggie Valley!

My husband, grandson and I spent 4 days at this cabin and had a wonderful time. We grilled, made s'mores on the fire pit, tubed the creek, and went on several walks. It's a lovely area and convenient to everything. The cabin while small, had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our time there. Highly recommend!

The place was very nice. I enjoyed staying there. I even had to contact the property owner due to my husband's truck breaking down and so we had to do a late checkout and she was very helpful and I'm very grateful for that. Clean up Jonathans Creek

We made a special trip to Maggie Valley to help clean up the creek after Helene flooded and trashed the creek. We visit the town often to fish and ride motorcycles and what a great way to give back. And if you want great breakfast, Pops has always been our favorite.
