About this property

Anglo-Norman charming villa with sea view

Our house, Villa Elegna, offers a beautiful living space for our guests (102 m2 reserved for them) with garden without vis-à-vis and terrace. It can accommodate 7 people with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Completely renovated end of 2016, it offers all the comforts (kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with pellet stove).

Tastefully decorated, the house comprises:
· A large living room with lounge area with a flat screen, a DVD player and a pellet stove and living room with large windows opening onto the terrace.
· A separate and fully equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace with fridge / freezer, oven, hob induction, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer.
· Three rooms on the 2nd floor, one of 18 m2 with sea view (1 bed 160 plus 1 bed 90), one of 12 m2 with garden view (1 bed 140 and 1 cot) and a 9 m2 with skylight (2 beds of 90), all beds are fitted with a comforter and duvet, a pillow and a bolster.
· A bathroom with walk-in shower, roll top bath, basin and WC on the 1st floor.
· Separate WC on the ground floor.
· Cellar with laundry room (sink, washing machine and dryer) and table tennis.
· Baby is welcome with a cot, a high chair and a changing table.
· Enclosed garden of 100 m2 without vis-à-vis, embellished with pretty plants, equipped with tables and chairs, loungers and gas barbecue, complete with a 30 m2 terrace in the back of the house overlooking the living room and kitchen.

The house is 5 minutes walk from the pebble beach of Mesnil-Val, it descends along an old path of fishermen.
In the village, you will find a bakery, a deli and several restaurants, including one on the beach. 2 Km, you have one side Tréport (can be accessed by a free funicular), the casino, the fish market and seafood restaurants, and other Criel-sur-Mer, its beach and shops.

A short distance, you have many tourist sites to visit:
· The Somme Bay a UNESCO World Heritage site 35 km (several walks are offered: seal watching, ride in an old steam train).
· St. Valerie sur Somme and its medieval city 40 km (I recommend).
· The Marquenterre Bird Park, the largest in Europe, at the mouth of the Somme 45 km.
· The largest annual gathering of kites Dieppe 25 Km.
· Mers-les-Bains and villas 1900-8 Km (not to mention its beach, pool and water activities).
· The Castle of Eu, the collegiate church and its French park 10 km.

Very nice holidays in a great surrounding

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is decorated with taste and well equiped. Just a short walk to the sea and situated in a quiet neighborhood (the camping next door did not disturb at all), this house was a great holiday home for the whole family.

Beautiful house in quiet street near cliffs

Spacious house, nice interior with decorative details, well equipped utensils and nice garden. Seaside is few minutes walk. Very smooth check-in with Gratien and clear communication with the owner Magali. All in all a very nice stay, we enjoyed it very much!

Nice, spacious house

Very near the beach of Mesnil-Val and the backery (walking distance), and 10 minutes by car from Le Treport. Well-equipped house with electric oven, dishwasher, washing and dring machines. We liked it very much!

Ein Haushälfte mit 38 Stufen im Treppenhaus vom Erdgeschoss bis in den Schlaftrakt im 2ten Obergeschoss. Sehr schön sind die beiden Terassen vor und hinter dem.Haus - Sitzauflagen könnten noch angeschafft werden. Die Wohnung ist schön ei gerichtet mit zum Teil alten Möbeln und vielen Bildern. Am besten ist der kurze Weg zum.Strand mit Ebbe und Flut. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen.

Die Villa ist toll, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und der beeindruckenden Steilküste entfernt. Das Haus war extrem sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gab auch genügend Geschirr, einen großen Esstisch und ein gemütliches Sofa. Es ist unfassbar ruhig, man hört nachts das Meeresrauschen!Vor Ort wurden wir von einem entzückenden Pasr begrüßt, die sich um die Immobilie kümmern. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vorab per Email war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sieben Personen und sind gut zurecht gekommen. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Schöner Urlaub in Mesnil

Wir waren 10 Tage in Mesnil. Das Haus ist sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für Kleinkinder sind Klositze, Bänkchen und Babybetten vor Ort. Gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Meer, Bäckerei und Lokale sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einchecken und Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder.

Heerlijk huis op prachtige plek

Allereerst zijn wij zeer prettig ontvangen door de beheerder die ons door het huis leidde. Het huis is heel ruim, licht en schoon. Verder goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Villa Elegna is een super charmant huis in art deco stijl (zoals zoveel in Mesnil-Val) en is een heerlijke uitvalsplek om meer van Normandië te verkennen. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep uiterst prettig en zij reageerde altijd snel op berichten. Ik zou het huis zo weer huren!

Entspannter Urlaub in tollem Haus

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus im normannischen Stil, alles war so wie beschrieben, wunderbar eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurzer Weg mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Kreidefelsen zum Kiesstrand. Von Magali hatten wir vorab sehr ausführliche Informationen zum Haus und zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten erhalten, die sehr hilfreich waren. Gratien und Isabelle haben uns sehr freundlich in das Haus eingewiesen, Übergabe bei Abreise unproblematisch. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Calme et proche de la mer

Location proche de la mer à pied avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Accueil par Gratien et Isabelle, très serviables Bel arrangement intérieur avec goût Escaliers un peu glissants Internet quasiment inexistant et impossible de regarder la tv. Heureusement que nous avions une carte avec suffisamment de data français.

Tolles Haus in malerischen Ort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Mesnil-Val-Plage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auf der hinteren Terrasse hat es Morgensonne und im vorderen Garten Nachmittags- und Abendsonne. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Rand der Steilküste ist in 1 min Spaziergang zu erreichen, der Strand in 7 min. Auch die Bäckerei des Orts ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus und den wunderschönen Ort an dieser tollen Küste nur empfehlen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr sauber und jedes Zimmer entsprechend gut eingerichtet. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind sehr gemütlich, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet das zum Kochen benötigt wird.Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und verfügt über eine tolle Dusche und eine Badewanne. Im zweiten Stock gibt es drei Schlafzimmer mit mehreren Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein großes Kompliment an Gratien für seine Freundlichkeit, seinen Service und seine Tipps. Wir haben die 7 Tage sehr genossen und hätten im Nachhinein gerne verlängert. Das Haus ist zu jeder Jahreszeit empfehlenswert.

zum Wohlfühlen, kleine Verbesserungen möglich

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und sympathisch von Gratien empfangen, er hat uns alles gezeigt. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir von Magali viele Infos erhalten. Das Haus ist 3 Minuten vom Meer entfernt, man sieht das Meer allerdings nur vom obersten Stock und nur von einem Zimmer. Die Inneneinrichtung ist hübsch und ansprechend, viele schöne Details. Wir haben uns im grossen Ganzen wohl gefühlt, die Betten sind bequem. Im obersten Stockwerk sind die drei Schlafzimmer, schön und wohnlich eingerichtet, etwas wenig Stauraum. Im mittleren Stock nur das Badezimmer. Es ist ALLES sehr sauber geputzt. Mit der Ausstattung der Küche war ich nicht ganz zufrieden. Einige Pfannen müssen dringend ersetzt werden, der Belag blättert ab. Die Crepepfanne liegt schon gar nicht auf dem Herd auf, weil sie so verbogen ist. Ein Mixer wäre schön. Die Küchenutensilien allgemein sind nicht von bester Qualität z.B. Rüstmesser, Schäler. Keine Untersetzer für Pfannen. Nur ein Backblech. Die Schneidbretter sind unappetitlich. Geputzt ist die Küche allerdings auch sauber!!! Es hat nur zwei Liegestühle für den Garten. Die restlichen Gartenmöbel sind schön, aber es hat keine Sitzpolster dazu. Das W-Lan funktioniert schlecht. Der Pelletofen geht nicht. Das wurde uns vor der Anreise bereits mitgeteilt. Der Strand ist wunderbar und das Quartier/Nachbarn angenehm, alles in allem ein schöner ruhiger Ort. Isabelle und Gratien sind erreichbar und man weiss, dass man sich jederzeit melden kann, sollte etwas sein. Danke!

très agréable séjour

une maison charmante aux tons pastel, pleine de douceur de vivre, proche de la mer et des falaises de craie , un accueil très sympathique d'Isabelle et Gratien, un soleil présent quasiment toute notre semaine, la compagnie de nos filles et de leurs conjoints, nos balades dans la région, entre Veule-Les-Rose et la pointe du Hourdel, c'est ça le bonheur. Belle semaine en famille!

Nous avons passé une semaine très chouette dans une villa tout confort, très agréablement décorée, disposant d'un jardin. Le couple qui nous a accueillis est vraiment très sympathique, la communication avec la propriétaire impeccable. Merci à eux! La situation de la villa nous a permis de faire de belles découvertes aux alentours, de la baie de Somme à Veules-les-Roses!

Wirklich tolles Haus in toller Lage

Man kann hier gar nicht übertreiben: das Haus von Magali ist wirklich (wirklich!) sehr schön! Es hat eine tolle Lage in der Nähe des Strandabstiegs über den Klippen, ist ganz toll eingerichtet (sehr britisch!) und sehr sauber. Auch der Empfang und Abnahme vor Ort von Isabell & Gratien war total nett. Zusammengefasst: eine echte Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour, tres confortable. Petit bémol, les chambres au 2eme étage...pour qui n'aime pas trop les escaliers. Mais, finalement, cela fait de l'exercice! La région est magnifique tant vers la baie de Somme que le long de la côte d'albatre.

Entspannung und Steine sammeln

Das Ferienhaus von Magali ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Kontakte waren sehr freundlich, wir wurden freundlich empfangen und beim Check-Out hat auch alles gut funktioniert. Tip: Badeschuhe sind sehr hilfreich am Strand und im Wasser.
