This house of character, tastefully renovated, is located 300m from the beach and 600m from the forest of fir trees, in a quiet area.
It is perfect for couples and families with children.
The kitchen opens onto a living room with sofa bed The 25m2 room has two or three beds: A double bed in 140 and two single beds 90 (one drawer). A cot is also available. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The house has a courtyard of 15m2. You have access to the whole house. The bikes stored in the courtyard are available.
A local contact is available for the reception, the keys, additional recommendations and services if you wish: Support to the boat, bike rental at preferential price, bed linen, shopping, etc .. .
quiet area close to the sea and 20 minutes walk from the port by the beach.
Bus nearby (sailing school) - price including all charges: tourist tax, electricity, water etc ...

Très bon accueil de Zoé sur place, où les vélos nous attendaient. Un propriétaire toujours soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Une "petite" maison de pêcheur bien plus spacieuse qu'il n'y parait sur le site. Thé, café, sucre, huile, vinaigre... bien appréciable quand on arrive. Situation géographique parfaite : à 2 pas de la plage des Sapins et à 10mn à vélo des commerces de Port-Joinville. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec, en plus, à disposition, un très bon livre de nouvelles sur l'île d'Yeu à ne pas manquer :)

Nous sommes ravis de notre passage dans cette charmante petite maison. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Zoé qui s’est rendue disponible pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée et venir nous chercher . Elle a tout fait afin que tout se passe au mieux et a été charmante. Les vélos étaient en bon état et nous ont permis de découvrir l’ile. Le jour de notre départ Zoe nous a gentiment proposé de garder nos affaires pour que nous puissions nous balader à vélo avant de repartir ce qui nous a grandement rendu service! Bref nous sommes ravis et recommandons sans hésiter cet hôte.
