In this elegant 933 square foot condo, you will enjoy lots of privacy due to its corner location on the second floor.

Your open, bright and spacious living room offers wide windows facing a remarkable, unobstructed ocean view. From here, trade winds can breeze through the unit and work in tandem with the ceiling fans and central air conditioning to ensure you stay cool on warm Maui nights. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was the perfect condo for our 10 day stay. The place was very clean and well stocked up with everything we needed to cook, ice maker to supply ice for our cocktails. The beds were very comfortable and well stocked slept very well. I would definitely recommend the condo for our family and friends. I almost forgot the location of the condo was perfect for the beach. Which was a short walk 2 minutes from the condo.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was as shown in the photos. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. There is a bit of road noise at night but it was tolerable. We so enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony each evening, picture perfect!

PERFECT!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. We felt secluded even though we were right in the thick of things. We had the perfect view. We were on the side of the building so we felt we weren't bothering others. Not only did they supply the beach furniture, they supplied the little things like starter packs for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, paper towels, games, backup chargers, etc. They also let us leave all the leftover food so that we knew it would go to people who needed it. This place is owned by an author that had thier books available in the unit so we felt included.. almost like we were staying at a friend's place. The people who manage it was soooo comunicative. It was absolutely incredible. If I ever go back to Maui, I will determine the dates based on when THIS unit is available. It was perfect! Thank you so much for opening this home to us!

No AC, but what a view!

The property is in a wonderful location with incredible views. Our first night there we didn’t use the AC but it was impossible to sleep with the noise level on S.Kihei Rd, which seems to last most of the night and into the morning hours. The fact that the condo has louvered windows does not help - they keep out very little noise. The second night we closed the windows and put on the AC. It seemed to work....until we tried to put it on the third night of our ten night stay. We called to report it and a man was sent to check it immediately. He changed the filter but it still didn’t work. We were without air until the last day of our ten day stay. Not cool! Other than that, there weren’t major problems. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels and beach paraphernalia. We would have greatly appreciated some detailed directions for the TV. The dryer vent wasn’t obvious and hadn’t been cleaned out, so that might, at some point, cause a fire. Overall, the view and the location far outway the inconvenience of no AC, but it certainly would have helped.

Also the view is definitely second to none. We apologize for the inconvenience about the A/C. While our team is working around the clock, seven days a week - as you may know since we spoke several times, unfortunately this was not the case when we tried to confirm a date with our HVAC vendor. Please know we have worked diligently to get this issue addressed right away - thank you for mentioning we arranged for maintenance to visit right away - but due to the Easter holiday weekend we had no luck confirming an appointment any sooner than we did. As a gesture of our apology we extended a daily credit for you during your visit. We are very sorry to learn after reflecting upon the stay you did not find our gesture satisfactory. We have never stayed in unit # 12.The location is the best on the island with the beautiful Charlie Young beach out the "front door". We could have not been any more disappointed with our unit. The screen door would not stay on the track, we called maintenance. They came out quickly to do the repair. he told us he needed to order a wheel and it would take about 3 days. Never heard from him or management again. One would think they might follow up to see if all taken care of! No directions for TV. No one in our group could figure it out, and we have a very technical group. Big stain on master bed room comforter, cleaning staff could not miss it!!!! Kitchen dirty with old, very used and not clean cooking utensils. Not much for cooking pans, pots, serving dishes, containers or silverware. We did a lot of cooking in and found it very challenging.Not even a wine opener. The unit needs a complete cleaning that might help a little because it is in a great location. All the other units in that complex are up dated with nice, clean cooking utensils, bedding, nice beach chairs, umbrella and mats. We heard she is selling the unit and wish her good luck because in its present condition may be harder to sell ! We will return to Kamaole One condo's but never unit # 12.

Air conditioning was awesome and the only thing I would do is add black out curtains to the bedrooms to allow guests to sleep a little longer. I can’t sleep with light & the sun was my alarm clock at 5:45 -6:00 am every morning and that’s not good when vacationing but other than that e everything was outstanding!!! Beautiful unit in an excellent location in Kihei!

Family friendly resort too and the property has a private gate opening directly onto the beach! Easy going support from you and your agents made this trip extra relaxing. We’ve been coming to Maui for 20 years but we have never been made to feel so special. It was very comfortable, well equipped and with a fantastic view of the ocean. The location was excellent, short walk to cafes, health food store, yoga and more. There were many touches that made our stay better such as the provision of beach chairs, cooler etc. Our hosts were very quick to respond and provided many suggestions for ways to enjoy Maui. We will be back!

BBQ and bathroom vents were very dirty on check in, the view and proximity to the beach is phenomenal. The living room furniture is not comfortable at all looks nice but not a sit and watch a movie for the night! Kitchen was adequately stocked and we left some extras when we left as we always do. Complex is great but hopefully owners give it a once over

Kihei Paradise

This condo was everything you could want for a relaxing stay in Kihei. The views were to die for any time of the day. A few quick steps and you were on the beach ready to bask in the sun and play in the waves. It was clean, comfortable and central. We enjoyed every minute we spent here and really didn't feel like it could get much better. An almost perfect vacation in a perfect vacation spot. Truly wonderful.

Anniversary Trip to someplace warm

There were 4 of us traveling together, 2 couples. The location of the condo is absolutely amazing. It is literally steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and fairly well stocked, and a plus was that there were beach chairs and umbrellas at the condo. We spent many hours sitting on the beach or on the lanai watching the amazing Maui sunsets. There were a couple of issues that we had, one was the sound of traffic you could hear in the bedroom which was fairly loud, and the second problem was the air conditioning was leaking into the kitchen. There was a repairman there at least 2 times and it was still leaking when we left (the on island manager Richard was very responsive.) Overall I would recommend the place the location is wonderful!

Steps from the beach and comfortable unit.

The unit was as it appeared in the listing. The beach was soft and one could walk a long distance by following the path up and over some grassy yards and then back to the beach. There was good snorkeling just outside the unit, by the rocks. The furniture was comfortable and there was central A/C when needed. There were also window screens so one could leave windows open and in the living room you could always hear the ocean. The beds were on the soft side. The downside of Kihei is if one is on the beach, then the back side of the unit is right on the main street, which is noisy. We travel with white noise apps on our phones, so those apps were on high and drowned out the noise, so it wasn't a major problem. There was one covered parking place, which was really nice. This is a second floor unit, and there was a nice railing and safety strips on the steps which both improved safety. The unit had 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a nice cooler, but no boogie boards or snorkeling equipment. 2 blocks away, is a great ABC store where one could get lots of pre-cooked meals and drinks, etc. I would definitely recommend this if you want to be in Kihie. I loved being able to walk a few steps and be on the beach.

Beautiful Condo Steps From An Exquisite Beach

Wow! Beautifully appointed condo on one of the most exquisite beaches in Hawaii. Had a fantastic week with my daughter on her college graduation trip. The condo was well stocked and just lovely with a very Hawaiian feel. The condo is truly just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the islands. There is great snorkeling right off the beach. There was oodles to do in the area. This was truly an A++++ experience! Would love to go back!!!

Idyllic beach location

We stayed with our two year old. The condo was perfect. The location really can't be beat. It is easy walking distance to the playground, shops and restaurants in kihei...even for a tired toddler. The beach is literally steps from the unit. It was great being right on the beach. We could sit on the lanai and enjoy the sun, and sound of the waves crashing while our little one napped without feeling like we spent half our vacation in a hotel room. It was also nice having the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We ate most of our meals in the unit. There was some of road noise, as the unit (and bedrooms) backs on to s.kihei road (which seemed to be busy at all hours) after a couple nights we seemed to adjust. We would happily stay at this unit again. Thanks Chris and Lou for letting us share your piece of paradise, if only for a week.
