Luxury home with a 40-foot dock to enjoy fun on the water with or without a boat!
Just as shown in the photos this beautifully upgraded home is the perfect spot to relax in comfort. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft – sleeps 4 adults comfortably and the loft has two twin beds. The deck is perfect for enjoying fun in the sun for breakfast/lunch or sitting around the firepit in the evenings with a glass of wine. Enjoy this outdoor living space year-round. There is a tranquil view of the water from the master bedroom which also offers access to the deck, and has a master bathroom.
The updated kitchen is complete with just about anything you will need while away from home. There's a quaint and private courtyard entry. There is a laundry room in the house for those who may wish to do laundry while vacationing. The fabulous location offers easy access to the Channel Islands Harbor, Seabridge Marina and the Ventura Harbor. To complete the waterfront lifestyle there are two kayaks and two paddle boards. You are within minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, the farmer's market on Sundays, and Oxnard Park!

Please note there is a ring camera at the front gate, the front door and overlooking the back dock (not the back deck) for safety and security.

What an INCREDIBLE vacation condo! The place is in quite possibly the most perfect location for walking to the beach, grabbing a cocktail from the hotel bar across the street, and watching boats drive by on your own patio with a fire. Beds are extremely comfortable, we googled the pillows because we had to buy some of our own. Every detail is thoughtful and the house is completely stocked for a comfortable stay. Can’t thank Reni enough for opening up her home to us. We will be back ASAP!

The host was great! The home was wonderful! Very clean! Great furnishings, well equipped with everything we needed. Great location and deck with fire pit was amazing. The only negative was the front bedroom mattress slightly sagged in the middle and squeaked every time you moved and the sheets were worn and stained, but clean. The king mattress in the main bedroom was great! I wouldn’t let this stop you from booking because it really is a great home and we enjoyed staying there.

This home is even better than it looks in the pictures. It has all the amenities you could need and the kitchen is stocked with anything you might need to cook. The host was quick to respond and help when we had an issue and the check in/check out process was very simple. I would highly recommend this home and host and hope I have another opportunity to stay again!

Great waterfront Channel Islands Harbor spot!

We had a few friends meeting in town between SF/SD for a fishing weekend. The location was perfect, had a nice boat dock available for use (fit a 30' boat tip to prop), and the home was well-kept/stocked. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great weekend, would recommend!

Quaint and cozy!

Loved the property… Very clean and neat. It served well as a homebase for our various jaunts to other destinations in the area. It was within walking distance to an uncrowded beach. There were plenty of nice restaurants and cafés close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful comfortable home! The beds and couches were very comfortable (my husband is picky) and the kitchen was very well equipped. My friend had planned on an iron being available at the home (as noted in the listing) and the owner delivered a new one that evening (amazing unexpected service to ensure we had what we needed!) The back deck was great in the morning and evenings -- all in all a wonderful home for exploring the area.

Charming house on the Channel

This is Our second stay at house. We love being on the water to enjoy kayaking and stand up paddle boards . The house is comfortable with everything you will need to make yourself at home. We plan to rent again
