Prestigious villa on the Route des Sanguinaires

Rooftop villa with a very large terrace and beautiful sea views.
The fine white sand beach is a 150m walk away.
The villa is air-conditioned.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets.

A large living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.) opens onto a large terrace with a pergola.
A swimming pool and 3-person jacuzzi are professionally maintained weekly.
All amenities are a 4-minute drive away. Ajaccio city center is a 7-minute drive away.

You will find a beach hut 150m walk from the villa where you can enjoy lunch with your feet in the sand.

Bed linens are provided (beds will be made upon arrival).

The cleaning fee is in addition to the rental price; a flat rate of 190 euros is payable on site.

Very nice view. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. A few things lacking - only one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, no paper towel, only a couple pods for dishwasher. Somewhat strange bathroom setup - access to toilet from both bedrooms is something I’ve not seen before. But overall an enjoyable stay.

This villa is in a great location for Ajaccio and the local beaches. It is very well equipped and the communication with the host was fantastic. The outside area had plenty of shade and lovely outside cooking facilities. We were surprised that one of the bedrooms and bathroom was in a separate building. The second bedroom in the main house was not as depicted in photographs (the picture was in fact another image of the first bedroom).and had no air conditioning and the bed was a sofa bed. There were no hanging facilities in any rooms other than the main bedroom. Parking at the villa was up a very steep slope that had to be reversed down which is fine but could be challenging for some drivers. Overall we had a really fantastic stay and hopefully this feedback will be useful.

Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et la villa. Une belle villa pour découvrir Ajaccio et la Corse

Ce fut un premier séjour très réussi en Corse où nous serions bien resté plusieurs jours de plus. Cette villa vous offre une vue panoramique incroyable sur la baie d'Ajaccio, une vaste terrasse avec un coins repas spacieux à l'abri du soleil et du vent. Vous pourrez alterner l'eau chaude du jacuzzi avec l'eau de la petite piscine vivifiante (en mai). Je recommande vivement y compris pour l'accueil de Sabrina.

Superbe vue sur la route des Sanguinaires

Splendide loft aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, vue époustouflante sur la mer et l'horizon. La maison est très équipée, à proximité de la mer à pied et des restaurants de plage. Sabrina et Olivier sont disponibles, réactifs et très à l'écoute !

Belle propriete très bien situee

Un emplacement et une vue superbes. Les locataires précédents notre venue n’avaient malheureusement pas pris soin des lieux et la propriétaire a du effectuer les réparations ou s’imposaient pendant notre séjour. Elle a été très réactive et une fois tout réglé nous avons pu profiter de toutes les prestations à disposition. Belle adresse, à faire!

Le loft en terrasse a une belle vue sur la mer, et dispose de beaux équipements dont un jacuzzi Notre hote est très disponible durant le séjour. la plage a 150 metres ou d'autres un peu plus loin offrend de nombreux services dont resto, location de jet etc.. De quoi faire un très bon séjour
