Washing machine. Nearby supermarket, bars, restaurants, newsagent. A 3 km from the town center with supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, offices tourist services, marina.

Maison et jardin magnifiques! A 8 personnes, nous avons trouvé la maison spacieuse et bien agencée. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du jardin. Emplacement parfait pour naviguer et voir de très belles plages.

Bellissima

La bella casa è perfettamente posizionata vicino a una spiaggia molto bella e poco visitata. Puoi arrivare qui a piedi. La casa è grande e dispone di un enorme giardino ben curato. Vi crescono gelsi, nisperos, limoni e olive. I padroni di casa Marina e Luca sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno provato. Durante il nostro soggiorno il frigorifero si è rotto e ne hanno ricevuto uno nuovo in un giorno. Grazie mille per questo. Torneremo.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt!

Wie die Bewertung schon aussagt, haben wir Alles voll zu unserer Zufriedenheit genossen! Die tolle Villa mit ihrem prächtigen Garten hat uns super gefallen. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und allgemeinen in Küche sollte mehr und qualitativer sein. Ein Geschirrspüler würde viel Zeit einsparen und weniger Wasser / Gas verbrauchen. Bettmatratzen sind nicht gerade sehr bequem, so wie die Terrassenmöbel, da leidet der Rücken sehr... Aber bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten, die Marina & Luca (eine sehr nette und freundliche Familie) sicherlich mit der Zeit perfekzionieren und anpassen werden, hat unsere sehr positive Meinung unseres Aufenthalts gar nicht beeinflusst. Wir kommen gerne wieder und das ist sicher! Marina, Luca, vielen Dank für das wunderbare Aufenthalt in euren Villa!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Strandes. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes und großes Grundstück. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist praktisch. Die Schlafzimmer im Keller sind angenehm. Ein klitzekleines Manko ist vielleicht die fehlende Klimaanlage. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch das Nachbuchen von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern funktionierte schnell und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für alles.

Una bellissima villa per una bellissima vacanza

Io e i miei amici (eravamo in 5) siamo appena ritornati da Villasimius. Le foto pubblicate sul sito già promettevano bene, ma la realtà è stata anche migliore: la villa in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima alla spiaggia di Campus, è immersa in un bellissimo giardino, la pulizia e la cura nella preparazione impeccabili da parte di Marina e della sua famiglia hanno fatto il resto. Dotata di tutto quello che serve, ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Particolarmente gradevole è risultato il fatto che le camere sono poste nel piano interrato (ma ci sono comunque delle finestre che danno la luce più che sufficiente), e ciò ci ha permesso di dormire sempre bene al fresco nonostante il gran caldo di questi giorni (ultima settimana di giugno 2019). Il bel giardino ed il bel patio ci hanno permesso, inoltre, di pranzare e cenare sempre all'aperto. Grazie a Marina e se torneremo a Villsimius torneremo sicuramente in questa bellissima sistemazione.

Bellissima vacanza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa in un gruppo di 8, la prima settimana di agosto. La villa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e in mezzo alla natura, a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro paese. A pochi passi dalla casa si trova una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia e acqua cristallina. Essendo in un punto strategico, in auto si raggiungono facilmente le più belle spiagge della zona. Casa molto bella e moderna (ristrutturata di recente), giardino verde e curato adatto a chi ha bambini. Dispone di ogni genere di comfort, tavolo per pranzi e cene all'aperto e poltrone da giardino che abbiamo molto apprezzato la sera, e inoltre di un bagno esterno e di una lavanderia molto comoda. I proprietari, Marina e suo marito, sono davvero delle persone gentili e disponibili! Credo che valuteremo un nostro ritorno nel 2018. Grazie ancora!

Perfetta e consigliatissima

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta in 7 (4 adulti e 3 bambini) dal 2 al 16 Luglio 2016 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita, arredata con gusto e con un grande giardino e le foto riproducono fedelmente quanto riportato nel sito. E' immersa nel verde e quindi lontano dalla confusione del paese, raggiungibile però in soli 3 minuti di macchina. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a piedi in 5-10 minuti per chi ha voglia di fare due passi, oppure anche in macchina con la possibilità di parcheggiare. I proprietari sono persone molto cortesi e disponibili. Assolutamente da consigliare.

La casa corrisponde fedelmente alla descrizione ed alle foto registrate. Posizione ottima con spiaggia e mare splendidi la casa e in mezzo alla natura ideale per passare una bella vacanza.
